04/01/20242:25PMWanted to give a shout out to a couple of your sale's reps inside your Tulare Tilly's store here, apon enterance Samantha had awesome skill with her sales speech, I told her I'm looking for a watch for a very important day tomorrow, I let her know what watch caught my eye and if they'd help me adjust it to the size of my left wrist then I'd buy it, Samantha then contacted another awesome sales rep, then that sales rep contacted Johnelle the Manager, as soon as she showed up she knew exactly how to adjust the watches, she adjusted it to my size, it was chill too because it was a learning experience for all 4 of us, and I really appreciated that they all went out of their way to fit the watch on my wrist just to secure the $108.25 SALE, thank you again. ??

First time at this location and it was an amazing experience! I was helped by an associate named Samantha and she was super friendly, extremely helpful, and sincere. Samantha took the time to help me find sizes and looked for a few items she thought I would like. I work in retail and I was definitely taking pointers from her customer service. She kept making sure I was doing alright in the fitting room and offered to help take any items I didn't like and got me more sizes. She helped me at the register also and made great conversation. I really enjoyed my time shopping at this store and I will definitely shop here again!

We came to look for summer shorts and had tried on a few things. Janelle was so informative and friendly! She helped us find the sizes we needed and even let us know the deals and promotions that were on the specific clothes we were trying on. She also checked on us as we were shopping throughout the store. Great customer service! She deserves a raise!!

Store has a lot of cool shirts but unfortunately the adult shirts are really expensive. I didn't buy anything here but my brother did. He spent a lot of money on a Santa Cruz shirt.
