My dog loves it here! She always wants to run in the back right when I drop her off, she always smells so good for days after her appointments, and I love the way my dog gets cut Everytime. Penny gets so many compliments when we go out in public.

My 2 dogs had an appointment at 11am. I called around 3 for an update and she said they'd be done in an hour. 5:30pm came and I still hadn't heard back from them so I went and picked up my dogs regardless if they were done or not. They weren't. They were there for 6 hours and all they had was a bath and blow dry and they were still in a cage waiting for her to finish other dogs to get their hair cut.Then they told me one of my dogs bit through his leash bc of anxiety. He's been to the groomers numerous times and has never done that. It broke my heart. No water, no food, and no potty break the entire time. I got my dogs out of there and they rushed to use the restroom, eat and drink water. It was so sad.I'm assuming they could tell I was upset bc she didn't charge me for anything which I appreciate but never again will I take my dogs there. I'm reasonable with wait times but that was ridiculous to only have a bath done. Reading other reviews and seems like I'm not the only one who's had this experience. My dogs are my world, they’re my babies and just hope the business owner can understand where I’m coming from.

I live in Bakersfield but I stopped here to have my dog's nails clipped. They were very helpful and friendly. It's a cute clean little shop. Thanks Laura's grooming. Also it really helped that they were open on a Sunday.

Just moved to Tulare, I have a cocker spaniel/poodle mix. I was scrolling online through reviews from different groomers in town. I choose Laura’s grooming because she’s open on Saturdays. I’m glad I did, she was very pleasant and her staff were very welcoming. Did a great job and I would genuinely recommend her to anyone that needs their dog groomed. Thanks Laura!

The cut was good, they were really soft and smelt good. Unfortunately her professionalism was very bad so I won't take my babies back We dropped them off at 8:15am and called around noon, no answer. Called at 2:30 and said they were getting blow dried so assumed we would be getting a call soon. Called after I got off of work and she was barely cutting one of my puppies hair, I had taken both my pups. Showed up at 6 and she was finishing her up. She was rough with her when I was there and because she wouldn't lay on her back grabbed her kinda rough and forced her on her back and said "ok you little bish". When she saw me she was walking toward the edge of the table and her two back legs came off the table and she let her hang there for a few seconds and was like "see do you wanna calm down now" then finally helped her back on the table. She complained that one of my pups was super stubborn since she was pulling away from her but I told her my dogs are not use to being at a groomers ALL DAY, much less in a kennel all day either. She wasn't very welcoming or friendly. I don't know why she told me to take them at 8:15 in the morning if she was going to keep my dogs to the end of the day to finally groom them. Both dogs had their tongues hanging out when I got there so not sure if she gave them water at all. They got home and drank a ton of water and ate. My poor babies were depressed the rest of the evening and one of my pups were whimpering thru out the night. She had watery eyes like she wanted to cry, I felt so bad. I would never recommend anyone that loves their pet to take them to Laura.

They will take good care of your loved one toke my cat in the cat was going crazy and wild first time to go out they got the cat calmed down like it was there own and when picked up all nice and calm thank you

I want to give a huge Thank you and acknowledgement to Laura for her expert grooming skills. I recently had my dog groomed and asked for a couple of extra things to be addressed and to my surprise she didn't want any extra payment! That is so rare these days! Laura is genuinely interested in give the best & expert care to each pet that come to her Nook! I highly recommend her!
