walked into this boot barn because my boyfriend ordered boots and got the wrong size, we went to clovis boot barn and they helped us...but not the way Josie helped us today. she not only explained to us our best options on getting the boots in the time crunch we told her but she MADE IT HAPPEN. thank you Josie, if i were the managed i'd give you that employee of the month and a raise.
