A young gentleman here charged me $100 yesterday to fasten 3 screws and close the oil compartment cover underneath my car since the people changing my car oil had left it open.He also claimed they dont take card so I had to Zelle him but it was not written anywhere in the store.Very knowledgeable young man and he did help me but he claimed its typically more than $100 and $100 is only for putting the car on the jack.The whole business seems a bit fraudulent.Not returning and don't recommend going here.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Jack for repairing my car super fast. I had to return my car to the dealer and had to repair the damage. I was pressed for time and came to Jack and he was able to prioritise my work and got my car repaired in 2 days. I had others tell me at least a week and wanted a lot of money for a small repairs. Jack came through for me and I highly recommend him. Thank you Jack!!

I wouldn't advise anyone to bring their car here. These guys don't care about any detail. They just try to pass off their shotty work as "Their way" of doing things.I brought my 71 datsun to these guys after discussing the car with Marc. They said they could do it and quoted about 2500 to do the work I asked for.2500 turned into 5000 within the span of a month and they didn't even finish the job. I took my car back as these guys clearly don't have any patience. They just try and rush their work and cut corners to save time and money, that their charging you more for.They do whatever they want with your car no matter what you tell them. They will rebuttal your claims with either " You didn't ask us to do that" or "That's the way we do things" on top of insulting you.The classic line I will never forget when on the phone with Marc"You're not paying for Ferrari work" That should tell you everything you need to know about this place.This place is so laughably bad, they used a paint roller on my car. They can't even take the time to use a can of paint.Terrible welding jobsawful body workatrocious metal workTerrible attention to detailNo communicationcomplete lack of respect for you and your money

Jack seems to be a very nice guy!! He was elbow deep in working on a car and took the time to do my inspection. VERY impressed!! I will be back and would def. recommend him. Jim Hatcher

I highly recommend Jack is an honest businessman and a fair person who will give you a fair deal at a good price he's not like these other body shops where they'll take shortcuts and give you an outrageous price just to take money home I take my car's to him all the time and let me just say I'm always satisfied and happy with the paint job, the color blend, the paint match, and the Bodywork overall. I give him a five stars and I've been too many body shops out in San Fernando Valley this is the one that I would recommend forget those high-end brands or companies that say he'll give you a good job Jack is the only Body Shop you'll ever need to approach or to go to. you need help he's the man remember tell him Anthony sent you

My run channel for the 2012 Toyota kept falling off, so I ordered a new one from eBay but was afraid of ruining it when installing. I happened to stop by Jack's Auto Body today and asked if I could get help. Jack was not only kind enough to help me out but installed without charge. Jack is an amazing guy with great service. I plan on visiting him anytime I need help with my car and recommend him to anyone who also needs help with their car.

Jacks Auto Body and Paint does everything! Jack is a very nice and honest person to do business with. He recently painted my front bumper for my 2011 Toyota Prius. He did a factory finished job and made my car look like new. If anybody needs any bodywork or mechanic work, he's your guy.
