“An inattentive driver side-swiped my Model Y, which was the serendipitous event that introduced Fix Auto Montrose into my orbit. I brought in my car and Fix Auto Montrose fixed up both doors and a side panel, plus bumper and rim damage. When I saw my car, I couldn't even tell it had been damaged. They even washed it!The team there was friendly and communicative. They answered all of my questions and kept me up-to-date with the progress of the repairs. The best part was the turnaround time. “Fantastic service end to end with very fair pricing. My car window got smashed in on a Tuesday evening. I called Five Star first thing Monday morning ~815am, and the lady said that they could include a request for my specific window type before their daily orders at 830am. She said I could bring my car in by 9am. A gentleman called me around 1130am to let me know the car was done, and on a whim I asked if there was availability to also tint my windows, since I had my car with them anyway. He said he could slot me in at 2pm, and by 3pm he called to let me know my car was ready. The repair and tinting were done exactly as I hoped it would be. Moreover, the total price came out to just a bit less than what my insurance had estimated the total repair price to be. Finally, all of the three people I interacted with across the day were friendly and knowledgable. You can't go wrong with this car shop!”

“Adolfo is outstanding. Kept in contact throughout the process with a realistic timeframe and decent cost to replace my son's Volvo windshield. Rain delayed our being able to get started for a couple of days but once the clouds cleared up the work was done quickly and well. “I took my leased Tesla Model 3 to Chase in advance of returning it. It had a few small scratches and dings that various Tesla-certified shops quoted me over $3k to repair (!!). Chase charged me $1200 and the work is impeccable. They were able to complete the work quickly and return the car in such clean condition. Highly recommend!”
“Great price and great service all around. I visited several locations in the nearing area, and they did not have the front passenger window available due to my vehicle being newer. The other locations I visited advised me that I would have to wait 5 hours for them to get the window, and another location said I'd have to wait a day. As soon as I arrived at California Auto Glass SF, I was advised my wait time would be 1 hour due to the amount of car ahead of me. I went ahead with the transaction, and the service literally took 34 minutes. Everyone was very professional, and I felt very welcomed while I waited. The price point was average and was only $10 more than the locations visited prior. This is definitely my new spot if I ever need to get my windows fixed again.”

“My alternator went out suddenly, leaving me stranded and needing to tow my car somewhere for repair. It was a Friday around 4:30pm. I called numerous shops for quotes and availability. Not only was Emad one of the only places I called who was open on Saturday to work on my car, he quoted me the lowest price of all the places I called. And told me it was no problem to have my car towed there after hours. The work on my car was done by noon the next day and, unprompted, Emad followed up with me a few days later via text to make sure everything was running ok.
Can't recommend this place enough based on my one experience there.”
