Have gone to these guys for years for oil changes, scheduled maintenance and other random troubleshooting repairs. Always feel taken care of and in good hands. No hesitation in recommending them. ??

I've used this place 2 times in the last year. I normally do auto stuff in Reno, but time constraints of driving daily. Also, big big storm incoming and need the 4 wheel drive up and ready. Other than expensive to have work done in Truckee, these guys are polite, friendly and consistent. Typical up sale of filters etc. Ironically, if you want an overall diagnosis, they charge $185. If you do and oil change they, it's about $100 and they do a 30 point inspection (fluid, brakes, treads). So it's better to go that route. Overall, pleasant visit and that's why this is my 'in Truckee' oil change place.

Their oil services are pretty fast and reasonably priced. I used this shop to service the company trucks. The only issue was they left the air filter compartment open and the filter on the passenger seat. They apologize for it and fixed the issue.

My wife purchased brand new tires from this business. 2 weeks later she had a flat, and was turned away when she asked for help plugging the flat. "We're just too busy to help you."I have refused to bring my vehicle here for over a year due to terrible customer care. Hopefully my wife will follow suit after being refused today.

Highly rated, good work, and excellent service. Took our truck in for an Oil Change and brake inspection.It ended up being a ton of work but they guys at Auto Doctor cooperated with us and gave us a labor discount given all the extra work that was needed. I'd go back here without hesitation. Thanks for a great job well done.

I’m so grateful to Daniel and the Subaru specialist at Auto Doc Express Lube. I’m about to take a road trip, but noticed a weird noise, thought my brakes might be going. Daniel got my car in next day and they found the problem—which could have been serious (rear strut not properly bolted on)—but was inexpensive to fix. All done in one day. I feel a lot safer about hitting the road now. Also, hugely relieved that it wasn’t an expensive or time-consuming job. I’m so thankful for their help and happy to have found a trustworthy auto repair place.Service: Oil change

Great place! I’ve been in many times for oil changes and various things over the years, and they’re always great. Today, I went by and Daniel helped me replace my headlight, right there on the spot! Great guy, super helpful and kind. They’ll continue to get my business!
