I can't say enough about Jason and his crew. I trust them. That says it all with regard to auto body shops. And they are kind. My scheduled repair work was at the same time as an out of town trip. I could drop my rental car off at the airport in Reno on my way out of town but then would have no way to get home when I returned. Jason drove it to long term parking at the airport in Reno (45 minutes!) for me when he was done with it and sent me photos of where it was parked. He even anticipated a snow storm and my arriving late at night, and parked it in the indoor long-term area for me. Amazing.

Had my front bumper repaired here through insurance. They did a phenomenal job. There was attention to detail, which i really appreciated, and the customer service is truly notable. The owner/staff are incredibly kind, competent, reliable and timely. Will definitely be coming here in the future.

My Outback was sandwiched - rear ended and pushed into vehicle in front of me.The front bumper clips were knocked out line and sheered off.I took the car by Shepards on a snowy afternoon to get a professional opinion and estimate.Jason came out in about 6" of snow, adjusted the front bumper, went back in the shop, came out with THE Subaru clip, installed it, stood up, shook my hand and wished me "a good day".Are you kidding?!!!HIGHLY Recommended!

Our car was smashed up so badly that insurance wanted to total it at first. Jason &co worked within our budget and helped us find used parts to keep cost down, and had the car looking good as new within a couple weeks.They were extremely patient and helpful, and kept our situation in mind: each time we stopped by or called them, they helped us do what we wanted to do, not what would make them the most money.
