Do not go here. Rude people. I bought a torch 2 days ago, went to use it and it makes an intense flame like not what one his dsize should it's very dangerous.... He would not return it trade ..he's rather me burn my face off ... No joke.if I knew how to add a post I would ... Don't go there go to any of the other shops on 11th or MacArthur

AVOID. Overall bad service and lack there of. I’d avoid this place and go to some other shop that has more selection and decent customer service that actually wants to help you.

I lived in the east bay so I've been a customer back at the Hayward store . This spot is "go to" especially because I live close . Good prices on bongs , knowledgeable staff , good for the neighborhood

The staff here has been great. They helped me find exactly what I wanted, and did a great job translating my vague descriptions of discontinued equipment into recommendations for modern day equivalents. Very patient, helpful and kind, and they always seem to have a good stock on hand. Great selection of incense, too!

This place is really nice, has so many products to choose from, and the staff is very welcoming! I came in to get something for my wife and the owner helped me choose a surprise gift for her. I can go to a smoke shop closer to home but I rather come back here because of the awesome experience and the many items this location carries!

I bought a smok nova 2 from this place and I don’t usually Vape so I didn’t think anything of the price but they sold it to me for $45 and afterwards I looked online to see what everybody else was selling because they also sold me 60 mL of juice for $20 when the place I usually we go to would sell it for 12 but I wasn’t in that area but after looking online the starter kit they sold me for $45 I could’ve bought elsewhere for less than 20 Dollars Place sucks and it’s overpriced
