Nothing like driving all the way across Tracy in the 105 degree heat to go buy a bookshelf that says there is 8 in store only to get there and said they have 0... On top of that, they showed 0 in black, but had 3 on the shelf. As I'm leaving the store I notice they have a white one sitting against the wall in the return section. I ask the cashier if it was available and was told yes. Turns out, it was already returned for missing parts. I found this out after the fact. As it's spread across my living room floor. Pesky little yellow stickers all over it meant it was defective. Apparently, the genius behind the register wasn't aware of that. Target has gone downhill big time. This just assured me that I do not need to give them my business.

I went in today to return an item that I had bought at a different target location and I was near the area of this target . And they denied my return saying “you have to return it back to the target where you purchased it from” I just got off the phone from target services saying I can return to any target . So why did this happen ???

This is located in the west valley mall. The store is clean and organized with the layout of the sections varied when compared to the other target locations I've been to. There is no ULTA beauty within this target though. The self checkouts are always closed, which is way annoying, and there are hardly 2 or 3 cashiers open, which holds up the line way too long. I know that people misusing the self checkouts could be the reason, but they should have more registers open at the very least.

Great place to shop. This Target store has a bit of a different set up that makes you want to look around and shop. Very clean and bright inside. Bathrooms are very clean and nice as well. There is also a baby changing table in the woman's bathroom. This Target is a Big one!! Very nice experience each time I visit.

They don't have as much as other Targets but I do like this location. Ronnie is a little too sporadic and gives me anxiety! But overall this location is pretty nice and customer service is good! (Except you know... Ronnie....)

There's a long line for pick up and return and they only have one person. This is unacceptable to wait for 40 minutes just to pick items you bought online.

These napkins were not cheap, but clearly there was no quality control. The sizes were different. The finish was uneven and the the square was more like a trapezoid. Some of the napkins had a plain stitch while some had a hole stich - two different napkins in the same pack. It is sad that Target can put out a product like this without any quality control. I bought 40 of these for a party and it was only when folding the napkins the night before that we came across these embarassing defects. To make matters worse the color on these napkins just bleeds profusely when washed in cold water. Again it does not seem like the buyer paid any attention to detail. I would be loathe to ever buying this product.

If you travel from overseas and plan on purchasing alcohol with a foreign government issued ID , forget about it. Staff have no common sense.
