I always have a complaint against you for more years and 10 years you were my favorite place but.... Since that time for about 5 months you have had bad and terrible service, very irresponsible and disrespectful, every week I always go for a six pack of beer "SAMUEL ADAMS "and they never have" no matter how much I have spoken with managers and employees there is never SAMUEL ADAMS beer!!! And many other products then why do they advertise and publish on their website: products that they NEVER HAVE!!!!!!!!! If they continue to be lazy and irresponsible, I will not return and I will never recommend them!!!

Cashier lady doesn’t ID the lady in front of me buying alcohol, then asks to see mine when I purchase alcohol right after. I lost my ID but am definitely over 21. Just seemed ridiculous that she has to follow a policy against me but doesn’t think twice to not ID the lady in front of me.

Love my supermarket at the edge of town. It is very clean and organized Excellent meat and baked goods. Employees are friendly and quick.

Not a very happy experience today. The cashier charged me for four items of something when I had only bought three. When I tried to point it out to her she was standoffish and told me how she rang it up. I proceeded to show her how many items I had in my cart to what the receipt showed. Then the "manager" blond lady came over and told me that I didn't have to be so rude to the checker girl because she was new. How am I supposed to know she is new, oh because she can't ring up items right or apologize for causing me to have to wait longer and get money refunded? The manager lady didn't even say sorry about any of it either. As she was getting my money back she chit chatted with co-workers. Super unprofessional today. I am the customer, I am right. And she did ring up my items incorrectly. Not cool. Not coming back for a while.

This place is a bit pricey but they do have good quality meats & fresh ripe fruits, it's also convenient since I live a few minutes away but I only shop here if I absolutely need to get something in a hurry & can't wait until my next shopping trip or don't have time to go across town to Costco or WinCo.
