Went into the store and to associates girl and guy were super unprofessional rude laughing in my face didn’t help out whatsoever asked for Danessa the manager that has been their for 4 yrs ,who has always helped me with my account . The guy said that she got fired for stealing , then later went onto saying that she had her baby and died and won’t be coming back . I was in disbelief on this comment wow who hired this kid ? I hope that you cross examine these new hires bad choice we miss Danessa she was a super genuine person and such a sweetheart made us feel like family and made us feel like we were important not just a number . We are actually gonna switch you know one person makes a big difference in a store that has been ran so effortlessly with passion and integrity.

I was in this store for 10 to 12 minutes before someone finally ask if I needed help. I said I needed help with my phone. The clerk said she would be with me soon. 5 minutes later, another costumer walked to pay a bill and was helped before me. I always thought that first come first serve. That wasn't the case. I felt like I was not giving that respect. This all happened on Sunday October 8,2023 at about 1245 pm.

Great staff Darisa Nick and friendly danessa very helpful when I needed service out of the country . Just had to pay for the right rate for it . Clean and Very affordable , customer experience A+ . Switched from xfinity they were expensive and customer service wasn’t close to cricket . #Cricket #Smile #Gothextrasmile

I'm so tired of the service and broken promises this company provides, can't reach the Mgr Dannesa I have issues with my phone that can't get taken care of leaving out of the country and feel hopeless, so many inexperienced staff at the 11th at store that know nothing as they claimed I only work here going to leave this phone carrier for Xfinity a much cheaper service

Danessa and Sam were very helpful. I went in to just look around but ended up getting the 5G plan for my family and I. Great customer service. I definitely recommend Cricket for anyone with connection issues. I had Metro PCS and it sucked but the same day I got cricket my connection was way better than I thought it could be.
