I normally do not write reviews, even when I receive poor service, but I feel compelled to share my experience with the Victra Verizon Tracy location on 11th St. Tracy California. This place is the worst to do business with. The employees are nice when they want your business, but even the manager, who was super nice and friendly, failed to help.
I visited this location to purchase business lines and, unfortunately, ended up dealing with a trainee. I don't mind working with trainees as I am also a business owner and believe in training people to provide good service and gain proper knowledge. However, my experience at this location was the worst I've ever had.
The staff lacked the knowledge to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone and failed to input the correct promotional code for my trade-in and other promotions. They told me it would take two billing cycles to correct my bill, but in reality, they never fixed it in the first place. I received my first bill for the billing cycle ending May 24th, even though I made the purchase on May 25th, 2024. They charged me a late fee for a bill that wasn't supposed to be generated until June 24th, resulting in an extra charge of $195.00 plus the late fee.
I have been contacting the manager of the location, but I don't want to mention any names. The manager never returns my phone calls or answers my texts, and is never available when I visit the location because he is also managing another Victra Verizon location. At the very least, he should reply to customers since he provided his cell phone number.
In short, they did not input the correct promotional code for my trade-in, and I am paying the full price of the phone—$36.62 a month for the next 36 months—when I should be paying $10.55 a month if the correct promotional code was applied. Additionally, for the other four phone lines, I am supposed to pay $15 per line, but I am being charged $27.44 per line. The manager does not return my calls, so I am now dealing with Verizon directly. They acknowledged the setup was incorrect and suggested I go back to the location to have them correct the promotional code.
I hope the manager or owner of Victra Verizon reads my review and resolves my issue; otherwise, I will need to return this phone and go back to my old provider. Please, Victra Verizon, tell your managers to respond to customers once they give out their cell phone numbers. If the manager had responded, I would not have had to write this negative review.

I wish I could leave negative stars! LOL Verizon let somebody else open 3 phone lines under my name, IN PERSON. After a lot of back & forth they told me they closed the accounts & I even have e-nails from them confirming after a thorough investigation they determined it was not me who opened them. Today, I was notified that they sent the account to collections & am working with the credit bureaus on disputing it. This is absolutely crazy to me that they are still trying to charge me for a FRAUD account that they closed!
