Nice people, good place to drop off Uhaul truck

I've rented Uhauls before, but none of them were like this location. Everyone there was welcoming and eager to help, even though it was 4th of July and very busy. They walked me through all the details while being respectful of my time. I also called to see if it's possible to extend my rental and the owner was a delight to work with. He checked to make sure he doesn't have anyone else waiting for the van and extended my drop off time. Plus, they have a super nice grocery store:) I will return and definitely recommend this location!

Make sure to also get correct change from this business. Employees may try to be sly and not give you correct change if you leave and come back they will pull up cameras and say that denomination of of bill used to pay is not legible in there footage!!! Also don't give tickets to employees at this business to scan behind counter I have purchased an entire book of tickets that had approx 5 games in book and purchased all the books in the roll was special game not if $30 or $50 a book and employees helped scan tickets spent more than $500 and only received less than $80 not sure if employees owner working at time kept winning tickets?!! Employees may also go to extend to decieve law enforcement to steal from!! Not sure store owners ties to illegal marijuana dispensary that was here but I would not shop anywhere that was an illegal marijuana dispensary! I WOULD also not leave any losing tickets here there are tax right off if you ever win and I'm sure someone is cohouts with owner and has submitted customers losing tickets from this place and won expecting I'm a victim of this at this store as well!!! If you don't want losing tickets put them in fireplace or something!! These type of have probably been in lottery business for decades and have it all in there favor! He#$$ I recall reading somewhere that some college students have beaten lottery already!!! These guys must think that there customers are criminals and that there going to get away with something because of it

Stay away from this shady location. I returned the oneway uhaul truck to this location. I asked the guy at the counter for a walk through. He said its not necessary. I asked for a receipt, he said it will be emailed. The guy seemed shady and Im glad I took pictures of the truck. I never received an email. I called uhaul customer service inquiring about not getting my receipt the next day and found out they charged me a $20 cleaning fee. The truck wasn't dirty. U-Haul rep spoke to this location and they said I didn't fold moving blankets. I returned 12 blankets. 3 or 4 weren't other 8 or 9 were folded but charging a customer $20 for that. Have you ever heard of a customer being charged for that? I hope Uhaul stops allowing these shady unethical owners to represent uhaul.

Nice place to pick up some good craft beer. While it is a little off the beaten path, it is definitely worth stopping in and picking up some hard to find beers.

We just moved to town and returned our uhaul to this location. We were 45 minutes late returning the truck and were told that it wasn’t a problem and when we asked for a receipt we were told it would be emailed. Imagine our surprise when we got this receipt and we were charged a additional day! When I called to attempt to handle the problem the store employees were rude, dismissive, and hung up on me. I was told they had my number and would call me. This is absolutely a horrible way to do business and an awful way to begin life in a new state. I will be contesting the charge with my credit card company and will never do business with this store again. Please drop your uhaul anywhere else!!!!!!!!!
