I am so thankful for this Verizon location. I misplaced my company phone a flight, and this client was pretty difficult to work with, so I had to male sure my communication was stellar at all times. Thankfully, they got me rollin'. Yes, it took a couple of hours, but I've had that experience in all Verizon stores. I was able able to forward calls to my personal phone in the meantime while we got the new phone up and running. Whew! They saved my butt! My clients wedding was amazing and I was (and AM) the best wedding planner in her ?.

Rude and unatentive
They charge you a fee and send you off without completing their service.
I am challenging Verizon for reimursement of my $29 fee.

DISHONEST salespeople. Shoppers beware. Constant upselling and they are dishonest about their pricing. They will tell you they will follow up with you and they won't. I won't be using their services any longer.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro for my son yesterday and selected store pick up. He is an account manager. When he went to go pick up the phone, they said he needed to be 18 years old to pick it up. In the email instructions. It only states that he needs an ID and be an account manager. After they wouldn't give him the phone, he called me when he was outside of the store. I went on my Verizon app to see the pick up instructions to see if it said you had to be 18 years of age or older to pick up a phone. When I logged onto my app, it gave me a message of thank you for picking up your order. After talking to my son for a couple minutes he went into the store on the phone with me because I wanted to talk to a supervisor. The moment he stepped into the store I heard a gentleman say are you here to pick up your phone we have it in the back. Maybe I am wrong, but my only assumption is that someone was trying to take the phone and say that we picked it up and we did not.

Not only did he charge my card incorrectly, he placed my order wrong as well and had the NERVE to get an attitude at me about HIS ERROR. Then, after asking to speak with his manager, Sarah, he hangs up on me and when I call back, he says "oh uhh I think she left or something?" Rude. Rude. Rude. This location may be worst than any of the others and Verizon MIGHT BE WORSE THAN T-MOBILE.

I’m a senior and recently got my first iPhone and I’m finding it challenging since I’ve always had an android. Rick was courteous and helpful explaining a few things! My case had broken and he told me how I could get it replaced under warranty. Great service!

Terrible customer service. The store advertises a bunch of deals that are not accurate then refuse to follow through on the service plan they sell. Avoid this store location at all cost.

The worst provider ever! They changed my number 3 times WITHOUT TELL ME and don’t want change to the original number.Never recommend this for anyone. They treat you bad and don’t even try to help you.I just want back to T-Mobile cause i never had problems with them.Verizon is so bad!

Edit: so wow. The supervisor Sara didn’t cancel the device protection plan altogether. She made it so I was still charged for 2 days of the plan. A plan NOBODY AUTHORIZED Anthony to add to our line. Now they won’t pick up the phone. I’m filing a complaint with the FCC naming Anthony and Sara specifically.Anthony added a Device Protection Plan (DPP) to my mom’s line without her permission. She only went in because Verizon’s esim automatic activation did not work. Anthony fraudulently tacked on the DPP while placing an order to restore my mom’s pending international plan and that is how he snuck on the DPP and fraudulently obtained her consent without telling her.Mom went in by herself and had no idea he did that. Thankfully all the account managers on our plan got a text that he’d added the DPP, so we immediately brought it to mom’s attention.When called out, Anthony claimed Verizon adds DPPs automatically on new iPhones. That’s a lie; we’ve been with Verizon 20 years and we do upgrades almost yearly. He refused to remove it, said we have to do it from our end. Then he had the audacity to say “have a nice day” and walk away without removing the plan.We insisted they remove it themselves. Had to get a manager, Sara, involved. No apologies from her, and she didn’t even claim it was a mistake. Just rudeness and entitlement from her too.They don’t deserve the performance indicator credit for that kind of predatory behavior, taking advantage of my mom like that. I won’t lift a finger to remove that plan myself or risk paying even one pro rated day of that plan. We are long time, loyal customers - but sometimes Verizon makes it hard to be. Do better Verizon.
