Would not use them again for tailoring. They hemmed three pairs of men’s dress pants - all turned out much too short. When we brought them back, they charged again to let out the hem to an acceptable length for men’s pants. I gave 2 stars since they did the work in a timely manner, but if they make a mistake, they should take responsibility and not make the customer pay again.

My son brought several pairs of dress pants to be tailored ( shortened). He wore dress shoes and belt when being fitted before tailoring. They finished the work on time, However, the pants were much too short- not even touching the shoes- socks showing when he walked. When we brought them back to have them fixed to an acceptable length, they charged him to fix their mistake. He drove 20 minutes out of his way due to good reviews, but this was not a good customer service experience. They should have not charged him to re- do the tailoring and should have apologized for the wasted time and inconvenience. Will go elsewhere for tailoring next time.

Mr. David is a superb gentleman and I’m so grateful for his expertise in helping me get garments cleaned and tailored to fit. Also his assistant ably assisted me a few times, and Torrance Pride Cleaners and Tailoring are in a word OUTSTANDING in both quality and customer satisfaction. THE BEST, bar none!

Highway robbery! This place is nearby and I had used them a few times beforehand. I then had 3 suits and 3 dress suits, with one minor alteration. $122.35! Over $8 per shirt! Luckily, the alteration was only less than $3, which let's you know where their profit margins lie. The girl at the front couldn't really do anything to help, which I understand, but she seemed to not be surprised at the sticker shock. I imagine they get one or two suckers every week. The only "Pride" I experienced was being able to cover the cost. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

As I sit here in my car, waiting for this place to open, I write my review. This is my go-to place since the service is great and it's conveniently located near my house, however, if it says operating hours start at 7, I really do hope they would open at 7. Update: They have opened and it's almost 7:30 :)

Don't know what you have until you lose it. I should have written this review years ago. For 16 years we've used this family owned cleaners and always had great service, clean facility, friendly staff, clean clothes. I moved last fall and now I'm scrambling to find a cleaners that will deliver what I'm used to... I just might have to drive back to this location.

Great for Alterations. The guy is very skilled and has great handiwork. They were also able to clean some pretty dirty spots off of my light suede jacket which i thought were definitely going to leave a mark. This is my go to place.

I don't use the dry cleaners part of Torrance Pride Cleaners very often. Usually for special dress-up occasions, when I do, wow! I'm never disappointed by their great attention to whatever my request might be. Their tailors always provide exemplary work required! From zippers to buttons, to tears in a dress that I excitedly danced in for hours in a wedding with my husband (my exuberant dance partner)! Once in a while I will use the wash n fold service and they do a wonderful job and usually same day service! Point out a stain and it disappears by magic! They provide Great, friendly, neighborly-customer service!

After attending a meeting at my local lodge (philanthropic fraternity), I haphazardly stained my suit and tie during dinner. Hence, I decided that it was time to take these items of clothing to the cleaners. Alongside those items, I also took my winter overcoat, which has not been used since just before I moved back to LA from New York City. The pandemic hampered me bringing it in to get cleaned. I chanced upon this dry cleaning locale, as I was in the area for business. I found parking in the shopping plaza in which this place sat, and I had no issues finding a spot whatsoever. I walked in, and the friendly worker took down my info and gave me a quote. The price was right, so I dropped off my items, and waited a week before returning to pick them up. Once I was back, I noticed just how well they were cleaned. My suit and tie looked brand new, and the overcoat was cleaned thoroughly as well. All in all, I was pleased with the quality of service here. They run this business well, and I look forward to doing more business with them in the near future.

This is both a dry cleaning place and a tailor. Both are excellent with very pleasant customer service and good prices. I'm a semi-regular and in Torrance, I doubt a better/more reasonable or more skilled tailor shop exists. 5 stars! (closed Sunday)

One of the best cleaners I've ever used. I brought in some shirts and a suit with a wine stain on it and a pair of jeans to be hemmed. The suit came out perfect, and the jeans are great. I have been using Pure about once a week and the quality remains consistently good. You won't be disappointed.
