“A very unique store for the LA area, TBC is a small import market with mostly grocery items from the UK that are difficult to find. In addition to scrumptious British candies like Lion Bars or Smarties, there's also English cooking products like Lemon Curd, Onion Gravy, and Toffee Pudding. I was greeted immediately by the staff here and helped around the store (although I've been to England once, I'm hardly an expert). Everything I bought tasted great, although I must confess I have a bit of nostalgia for the British Isles. Anyway, this gets 5 stars for being a pioneer in English goods in SoCal and for obvious love put into the store by its owners.”

“Literally the best market in town. I come here once or twice a week. Unbeatable price: especially the protein. Thinking about cancelling my Costco membership. Very wide international selection: Italy, Middle East, Russia, etc. and regular stuff too. Ridiculous amazing selection of wine. Lastly: Has a food court with BBQ that's good price vs. taste and amount of meat. I second the negative option that once in a while I get bad customer experience. I think the store tries to hire diversity in terms of age and ethnicity. All good; it's forgiven, since the guy at the meat selection is always happy and filled with vibrant energy.”

“100% Aldi is some kind of euro-cult thing. The brands are odd, there's a weird mix of products, and things can be hit and miss. You will find a decent variety of european strange foods, candies, etc. And of course there's the aisles of Kmart like "home products and knock off toys." Maybe Aldi was born out of a German grocery and IKEA having a love child. I dunno. But what I know is....- Prices are undeniably LOW- There are some amazing finds to be found- You can almost check off your grocery list- If you're willing to make some compromises you'll save a tonRemember to bring a quarter with you so you can get a push cart. You put the quarter in to "check out" your cart and you get it back when you've clicked it back into the cart parking area. How genius as it give people an incentive to return the flippin' cart and not bump it into everyone else's car. Aldi. Land of the odd and home of the strange. But I dig it.”

“Very nice location. The store is always nice and tidy and the staff is great. I am one of those shoppers who takes customer service very seriously. And I must say that they never disappoint here. Staff is willing to answer your questions and also lead you in the right direction of what you're looking for.”
