I recently had my hallway runner rug repaired and cleaned at Pull & Thread. I am so glad that I chose this option! The work is beautiful and the service was very professional and prompt. I know that the rug will now have a long life, even in my home's high traffic area. The shop is filled with beautiful rugs and lovely accessories. I recommend this shop for anyone looking to upgrade their floor coverings!

My partner and I searched for hours in the South Bay to find a good rug store, and after going to 6 different stores, we could not find one that suited our tastes. However, after taking one step inside Pull & Thread, I knew that this was the store that we would find our perfect rug. The showroom is gorgeous, and every single rug that we saw was beautiful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they were very patient with us and helped us pick the perfect rug for our home. I highly recommend coming here for rugs to furnish your home, the prices are very reasonable. We will absolutely return back here in the future for another rug!

They were great, very professional and they came to pick up and delivered the clean rugs in about a week. The rugs looked like new afterwards. They were Turkish wool rugs and I am glad I used their service

Through the recommendation of a neighbor, I brought in a very large and heavy rug for cleaning. The shop owners, Mi and Norel are lovely. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I am thrilled with how clean and soft the rug is now. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

I've used the services of Pull & Thread twice; to repair and clean one Persian rug and just recently repair a modern silk and wool rug. Both repairs were very professionally and attractivly done at a very resonable price.I had not thought to buy a rug here for our mountain cabin, but Norel Gabriel showed me possibilities for rugs I had not previously considered. I'm very grateful for her expertise with rug designs; fabric, color, and style.

I am not a permanent California resident. I came home one day to find my puppy had eaten the fringe and binding on my beautiful carpet. I went on Google search and was redirected to many skeptical websites. I found Pull and thread and called them, not knowing anything about their business. The same day Norel came out with someone to pick up my rug. I paid a extremely reasonable fee for pick up and delivery. I paid an extremely reasonable fee to have it expedited and it was back to me in two weeks. The work was exquisite. Manoura came herself when they re-delivered it. This is truly a wonderful family owned business with wonderful customer service. I would recommend them for repair and cleaning and anything else that you might need for restoration. They were wonderful people to meet and work with!

They did a nice job at repairing our outdoor rug. I would certainly use them again and if you need a nice rug and you are in the south bay you have to come by and look at their nice selection.

I visited this shop since a friend was highly recommending it for rugs. My experience here was just perfect, I was greeted by the warmest people who made me feel right at home. I told them what I was looking for, they showed me a couple of great pieces from which I chose a a few for our new remodel. They have all designs here, traditional, contemporary, modern, it was quite difficult to choose since the options were all really good. They delivered the ones I chose on the same exact day and placed them nicely in my desired rooms. Thank you Pull&Thread! This is definitely my go to place for all my home essentials.
