I always experience the best service from Nissan of Torrance. Shout out to Manny in service and Jose in sales for making a very bad situation better than when I walked in. They took the time to understand the issue and had it fix even sooner than promised.

I had a service appointment and I don't live close and work. Manny said he'd get me out as quick as he could and he did. He was really helpful and kept me posted on the work. When my car was ready Manny told me they had washed it too. I was really happy and not stressed out being there and my car is all set.

On friday i came in to get my new altima everyone was so good and kind to me and my daughter helping me get the car i needed for me and my family this place gets 100 from me trust me i have been to other nissans you do not get treated as nice you are just number here u are treated with respect from the sales manager all the waay to finance dept who was the best of them all ty nissan of torrance i will be back when we need another car

I've been bringing my Nissans here for many years. The service department is extremely helpful. Manny took care of all my vehicle issues and kept me informed during the process.

Not sure where my previous reviews went about me rating this place at 3 ever since Yvonne left but Alisa since helped me tremendously and communicates what's going on which makes me very happy. I almost didn't want to come back here but if your looking for a service advisor go and ask for Alisa. Also the sales guy here I never got his name but the black dude. Deff check him out if u want to buy a car. He hasn't been pushy with his sales pitch to me and he has been very helpful in wanting to find me my next car (If and when I decide I need it)Either way this location has earned my business all the way around.

Buy here if you like the worst service imaginable and the most dishonest employees.I went here once and inquired with a sales manager who told me "well you kind of WANT your payments to be as high as possible since you're buying for a business, right? Because then you get the biggest tax deduction!"What the hell kind of sales pitch is that? Stay away from these people.

Came to drop off a car when they opened. It's been over an hour and NO service rep is at the dealership. Mechanics don't know where the service workers are. They said, "they're suppose to be here." We came here to drop off our car early so we can go about our day. Been waiting with numerous other customers with no clue if anyone will show up. I tried calling main number/service number (all during their work hours). Finally, after SEVERAL tries they finally answered. Seems like a group of workers quit or something happened. They said someone will be here in five minutes... someone did show up after a bit... Hope their workforce is okay. But would've been nice if other workers were informed about what was going on. We took work off so we can drop off the car. And sadly we lost over an hour.

They are very nice, always, but: The communication was lacking throughout the process. I was told my car would be ready on a specific day but the day came and went without any communication from them. When they asked what time I'd like the Lyft to pick me up on the day my car was ready, I said 11AM. Then the person asked if I could send a reminder text to them at 11AM. ???? I did this, and then they sent the Lyft to the wrong address, even though I texted my address minutes before. Then it took 45 minutes to get ahold of the person who had been helping me. To me this is a management issue.

Currently at this so called "business". I came a week earlier to fix a simple coolant leak under a total dummy named Rick only to have him "just" install a new radiator that cost over $1000 and call it a day. So we know what happens next. Got on the highway blew the motor. Came back and was down almost done throwing down fist when he directed to his manager who guaranteed he will magically fix my car on the spot for a job that takes 3-4 hours... I'll check back with ya on how this story ends in a few...
