Came by because I found somebody else's phone. Unfortunately they had already changed phones, but at least they have a backup now. The guy was really nice, and made sure to get the guy on the phone and tell him his phone was there while I was at the counter. Great service!

If anyone needs the best cellphone service in the Southbay area, I would like
to recommend the Metro by T-Moble service store in Torrance.
After I had researched the
best deal of cellphone service providers & I had my own experience from them
I used to have the cellphone contract services before.
Then, last year, I changed to a pre paid phone plan from the Metro by T-Moble.
I got a free Samsung Galaxy
A14 5G cellphone and I had
auto pay for $30.00 per month. It was the unlimited text & phone calls without the contract, and you can
cancel it anytime.
Then, recently, I had a problem with the cellphone battery. I didn't charge the battery.
Therefore, I needed to get
a new phone, so I went to this Motro by T- Mobile store. They had plenty of
parking space, so I had no problem with finding the
parking spot.
I went inside of the store.
The store was cleaned and
It was organized.
The young lady named "Fanny" who helped me with
my phone service.
She was very friendly and helpful. She was attentive and knowledgeable about
their services.
I got a new Samsung Galaxy
A15 5G cellphone free.
I only paid Ist month service
fee ( $60) plus tax. I paid
$ 89 to get a new service.
Also, starting from the next month, I would pay $30 with auto pay.
I would like to recommend
this store because they offered the best plan deals.
Also, their excellent and friendly customer services.
If you need a new free cellphone with the best deals in town, Metro by
T-Moble is the best store for you.

My sister spent $160.00 on a phone yesterday. She was at this location. The sales team gave her a new phone number! Refused to call Customer Service so she could keep her number.

The girl fanny in this store is so ghetto a d unprofessional. Why does metro insist in hiring thr most ghetto people? She told me one of the guys that literally offered me a price over the phone left as soon as I I there to go to the damn immigration office. So looks like they hire illegal immigrants too lol yay. I told her that metro keeps lying about promos they say the router is 24.99 but you go in the store and it's 70 something dollars out the door! No promo. She then proceeds to tell me I'm lying that no metro customers say metro is lying. That they come in and ask what the promos are and thry pay that day. Ya right! Give me a break. Customefs don't drive around to metro pcs stores asking about promos. They look online!!! She also continued to offer me discounts but then said nevermind oops can't do it after all, She told me she offered another customer a discount and thry took her acp off and she was upset! Super ghetto store, ghetto location just awful. I left without purchasing a router, while her and all the other customers laughed at me as I walked out. That's OK because I have the money to ourchas but I'll be going to another metro that's not ghetto. So I'll have the last laugh. She should be fired!! Do not trust them they don't keep their word and every employee will tell you something different and different price. That's not how it should be.

Terrible customer service,I just went to ask a question that required YES or NO the female employee paid attention to me and she didn't answered,she ignored me,I complained to the owner and it turned worse.I don't understand how METRO doesn't provide training,so much they spend on advertising and these people ruin it.
