Our plumber recommended for us to use Kohler as opposed to settling for what the BIG BOX stores offered. He was spot on! The store is organized & beautiful and the employees are beyond helpful! We were lucky enough to have Trish handle our purchase. She was patient and thoughtful even though we changed our minds! Responsive like there's no tomorrow - a lost art - FANTASTIC customer service! We'll be back when we remodel the kitchen! And an added benefit is the parking... convenient and easily accessible (unlike the BIG BOX stores).

Faced with a bathroom remodel, we were overwhelmed after looking online at all of the Kohler products. The best decision we made was to visit the Kohler showroom in Torrance to actually see the products. Dayana Zambrano, Kohler sales and design consultant, explained what was available and met our size and style needs. In less than 2 hours, we ordered everything we needed for our project—tub, sink, toilet, faucets, towel racks, handles and pulls for the vanity, and even the valve kits for the faucets. (We didn’t even know we needed those! Thanks to Dayana, our contractor was so pleased we had everything needed). Dayana kept us informed as to the dates our products would arrive. Kohler made several deliveries to our home and each time arrived exactly when they said they would. We are grateful for the excellent service we received and the high quality products we now enjoying in our home.

My daughter brought me to this location, I didn't realize it had opened in our area last year '22. I was searching for a particular finish in accessories for a small powder room. I was able to order a 12" towel bar and pulls in the finish I was looking for to complement faucet fixtures.Christian Lopez very helpful and knowledgeable sales consultant. I have received the parts and they are perfect.

Let me say from the very start that the only thing better than this store are the employees and managers. They are sensational. I was in a very tight spot and bought some Kohler products from Lowe's. What a disaster that was. To make a long story short, they left me high and dry, I got very upset, and returned my whole order. The next thing I did was I called this SPECIFIC Kohler store. I dealt with Dayana Zambrano and Drew Lengauer. They were both exceptional. Dayana LITERALLY found the same products that I initially bought at Lowe's, matched the price, and had it delivered to my home the VERY NEXT DAY! Unheard of service. This specific Kohler store is not only beautiful but they employees there know what customer service is all about. I thank you both Dayana and Drew for all that they did for me. If I EVER need kitchen or bathroom fixtures again, this is where I'm going!

I love working with Sales person Kia. She is simply wonderful, very friendly and accommodating, experienced and knowledgable. The process of buying with her is easy and entertaining. I personally started shopping at the Kohler Signature store because of her experience and attitude.

I've now been a customer here 2x. My wife and I bought all of our bathroom fixtures, tub, etc recently, and I brought my mom here for a couple of things this past week. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a lot of options and will spend time to get you what you need. I took my mom to a different store first because it had multiple brands, but we got 0 help (I posted a review of that store if curious).

If you have employees who are currently assisting clients and are unable to attend to your needs or answer your questions, why do you have them answering the phone? It seems counterproductive to have them answer calls only to inform you that they are occupied with other clients.

We highly recommend the Kohler Signature Store in Torrance. It is a beautiful showroom and Kia and the rest of the staff were knowledgeable and great to work with as we remodeled our kitchen and powder room. The beverage faucet turned out not to be compatible with our reverse osmosis system and returning it was a breeze.

First of all, I love Kohler products and the sales staff are very nice. However, I am so disappointed with the delays on my Robern medicine cabinets & lights. They were ordered in early March with an expected delivery in 3-4 weeks. Well, they never arrived and it was only because I followed up with the good folks at the store that the product was reordered. When I got the call last week that the items were in, I was thrilled. But yet again the shipment did not have all items. Note that I scheduled my contractor allowing for shipping delays. I even followed up with the store that the items would arrive in time for construction. I was assured that the products would arrive on time. I'm not happy that the store staff isn't more proactive and that shipments aren't better tracked. My construction schedule was totally blown and my bathroom is barely usable. Lesson learned, don't schedule construction until all of the parts have been delivered.
