"Crystal" the manager apparently, yelled when a costumer needed help with the product he bought. She started screaming and all that so the costumer just talked to tue clerk inside to get the table he bought

5 Stars for the clothes... F**k the worker! Went feb 20th the young girl working was ignoring me while I see she saw me waiting by the dressing rooms. I was NOT attended!

This review is just for the drop off process. Make sure you pull around to the back of the building where the garage doors are open. There is plenty of parking and usually 1-2 other cars with other people dropping off items as well. Usually there are a bunch of bins where you can just drop off the items. I've done this twice now since we're cleaning things out. The first time there was an employee that asked if I needed a receipt - I didn't. The second time I just dropped off the bags of clothes and left. Really quick process! Please donate the things you don't need instead of just trashing them so that someone else can benefit from them!

What a fun Black Friday event 2023 at this Goodwill, every item of clothing $2 dolla' :D this store was ready for the crowds. The manager was even getting folks ready to get to the cashier stands by taking the hangers off the clothes for patrons. And I love how they announce the new clothing racks that are about to hit the floor. They know how to make shopping an experience. Shop on my thrifty friends!!!

My boyfriend and I have been coming to this Goodwill recently . We have found so many good finds . Unfortunately today we had a bad experience . The girl who's always at the cashier is always friendly but today she seemed like she was having a bad day . Which I don't blame her for . I'm just not okay with people mistreating others . In front of me and my boyfriend were these two hispanic ladies . They were asking for a bag because I figure they thought they had to pay for. The cashier replied rudely "Yeah they're free , that's why I asked if you wanted a bag" . It bothered me because I wouldn't want nobody talking to my mama in that way . Prior to that incident the "manager" was also taking furniture to a car . He asked us politely just once "excuse me" . But after her started repeating it non stop and demanding . He seemed annoyed to have me and my boyfriend there . Even though we were starting to be their daily's . I also wanted to try on my jeans and my boyfriend was reading the paper then the "manager" screamed across the store that they were closed . I've been to other goodwills where employees are in a jolly mood but here the vibe is odd . I will be sticking to other locations and Savers from now and on ! Please be more professional and do better ...

This store has one of the best selections. I love to shop at Goodwill Town Center. The staff is nice and friendly also.

Went into goodwill thought I had a pink tag she said it was purple. I've called long beach goodwill to help me and they do not know nothing about goodwill and what the company stands for. I even asked for corporate office phone number and they didn't know nothing. So now I get to be in the rain with shorts and a tshirt in the rain . How fun is that. Thanks goodwill for not caring for people when they call for help. And still theres no restrooms to use. Have fun for cleaning up some one else's pee, he couldnt hold it anymore, sorry I threw a shirt over it so no one will slip and fall on it

Sebastian is rude. The first time I bought something he help me he gave me Attitude for canceling the items. It is confusing which colors are 50% off so I cancel. he also charged me 5.99 for top when the price is $4.49.

Review date: 6/ 5/2022 Review period; From. 12/21~6/3/22 PRICE: price went up to 30~ 100% since Jan. 2022 The Community people's generous donation is infulated here to needy people. STAFF: staffs are nice but managers and supervisor manager are UPTIGHT,RUDE and DISRESPECTABLE to customers. They are also IGNORING customer's request. Rude management cause hiring new staffs constantly because they are not comfortable to work here. AUTOMOSPERE: Beware of the GRABBING WARS after the staff pushes out the carts of fresh items. If you are in the way of the cart, mangers THREATEN customers that they will BANG(?) or BAN you from the store. One old Asian woman and a man staying almost everyday and all day getting stuff. If you are in their way, they will team up and verbally attack you. WATCH OUT FOR THESES CRAZY PEOPLE!
