If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked an appointment online for a service they advertise as providing. Booked my first and second appointment online all at the same time. Drive through traffic to go to my appointment and when I showed up they didn't have the vaccine for the appointment I booked? How does that make sense? Don't advertise as having something when you don't. And they had 0 solutions for me. Not another day, another place to go. Nothing. Just SOH. Learn how to run a business please. WASTE OF TIME.

My dad got his covid 19 third and fourth vax which are the boosters. They were both quick! The staff are nice and helpful.

We tried a mail prescription service and chain pharmacies and no one comes close to Carson Pharmacy. As a caregiver to a parent, this has taken one huge load off of my shoulders. Personalized care that's almost unheard of in most businesses today. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, no lost faxed prescriptions, new refills done quickly, free delivery when I can't make it in for a pickup. A very special thank you to Mary. In addition, the entire staff is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I went in for a vaccine and the person administering the dose was very friendly and thorough with answering my questions. The pharmacy was also really clean. Not a long wait at all and I appreciate the appointment system.

Came here for a vaccine. Scheduled an appointment for 3:30PM and was contacted to advise that an earlier appointment was available. Check in process was super easy and the vaccine injection was gentle and painless. Easy parking, great store!

My mind is blown on the positive reviews for this place. In the three months I've been a customer they've habitually forgotten to return phone calls they told me they would follow up on no less than four times. Messed up my prescription count and have been unable to fix it for 3 months. They immediately mis-filled my prescription at 1 and a half tabs instead of two tabs. I let them know this would be an issue TWO months ago. Every time I call them to bring it up it's the same pattern: we will call you back they don't call back so I call them They sound shocked to hear my voice and confused who I am "Let us figure this out and call you back" Tomorrow I run out of medication and their solution is to "find a new doctor". Mind Blown. Edit: be a customer for three months. Have them mess up my medications and give me the run around for three months. Called CVS and transferred my prescription... CVS RESOLVED IT IN ONE DAY! I would have loved to support and appreciate this small local business but their garbage professionalism when dealing with medication is out of this world.

I scheduled my parents for the Covid-19's booster shot at Carson Pharmacy through myturn.ca.gov and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. My parents are retired seniors and surely in need of the extra defense of the booster shot. The receiving staff was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The process was smooth and well organized. The administrator of the vaccine was also personable, friendly, and upbeat with my 80+ year old parents, smiling and very caring. Thank you for providing our community with such great service of a much needed line of defense during the Covid-19 pandemic.
