A family member was in the hospital and we needed a quick turnaround to be able to get rid of the gross old carpet and replace with something clean and new before they got released. We walked in..already stressed out from all the medical drama we were dealing with and this place understood exactly what we needed, helped us pick out a carpet in about 10 minutes, and squeezed us into their schedule so we could make our deadline. Day-of installation they showed up on time (even a little early!), and did a great job. We are very happy with our experience!

We met Chris at the store. He gave me and my husband a rough estimate of 18K for a laminate floor and carpet. But he wouldn't come and measure the house. Chris got ticked off when he found out we had other bidders. He told my husband "to just wait for his call and continue shopping around." We really wanted to give him the job. He impressed us with how much job he has done for the City Hall, and their company has been around for many, many years. He went on to tell us that he could start the job as early as that day or the following day. That was 4 days ago, and we have yet to hear from him. We believe we'll go with Plan B, we're also in a hurry being we're moving from out of state.

Chris Guastella provided excellent customer service for our carpet installation. Following a slab leak in our home affecting the living room and hallway, we sought the expertise of Fred's Carpet Plus on the recommendation of a close friend and business colleague to find a match to our existing carpet. Chris was expert, knowledgable and focused on finding the perfect carpet for our needs. He was courteous and diligent in his search to find just the right match. Our new carpet is so luxurious, spill proof, and a great value!Felipe and Francisco, the installers were skilled, efficient, and respectful of time and property. Very impressive work.We would definitely recommend Fred's Carpet Plus and Chris for any carpet needs and will call upon them again as we update the remainder of our home.

Sales staff (Jennifer and Chris) were terrific. What I considered a challenging request was a simple fix for them. Large diverse selection of carpet, exceedingly accommodating timeframe for installation, competitive pricing and accomplished professional installment of product. Highly recommend!

We falsely assumed that buying from a large DIY store would be cheaper than a local place like Fred's. After getting very poor service at Lowe's, we decided to check out Fred's Carpets. To our surprise, they were less expensive and the installation was beyond what we expected. Richard, in the showroom, was knowledgable and gracious. Would use them again without a second thought.

Fred's Carpet Plus installed vinyl planks in two of our bathrooms. They had a large selection to choose from. The installation was on time, the installers were highly skilled/experienced and professional (the team lead was Armando). I highly recommend this company. They are honest, fair and get the job done. I definitely will go back to this company for my future flooring needs.

Had a great experience with Fred's. They measured more effectively than the other quote I received which saved me money and the quality was better for the price. Richard was very helpful in the showroom and the 2 gentlemen that installed were friendly, fast and did great work! I love the outcome and the new carpet in our 3 bedrooms. Highly recommend!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! 3 years ago, Fred's installed carpet in Larry's rental. Two weeks ago there was an issue, and Chris Guastella, Project Manager, without hesitation, immediately corrected the issue, without cost to Larry. Chris went above and beyond with his efficiency and his customer service. Highly recommend Chis, and this company.

I was in search for a T transition for our flooring, which was installed roughly 2 years ago by Fred's Carpet Plus, before we bought the condo. The floor has been discontinued since then and it was challenging to find the right profile. I gave Rhonda a call and she was super helpful. She totally remembered the floor and carpet in our unit. I explained my problem and asked for a similar piece. She went the extra mile and offered to check the left over pieces in the workshop. A day later she called back and found the perfect matching piece in the right length for our floor. Outstanding! I will go here again for any flooring questions!
