i loved the costumer service here. The employees are very helpful and were very nice to me while i was shopping. The clothes are cute and perfect for any casual event! Good quality clothes as well

The salespeople were way way way too involved in my shopping. From the moment I walked in, this girl kept asking me questions. I was browsing for anything I might like, after all this is the mall. but she wanted to know the “occasion” and I didn’t really have an answer, so I said work. Then she asked me what my works dress code was, and she had so many follow up questions. She then took me to this silk shirt that I felt forced to try on. And while I was in the waiting room she brought me more clothes (which is really disliked). I wanted to run out of there so fast, which I basically did. Also, the clothes looks cheap. I’m sorry.. I don’t want to be mean but it was an awful experience.I’m giving this place two stars for the salesperson’s effort, but they need to learn to take a hint when people want to be left alone.

LOVED THIS STORE! THE SALES TEAM WAS AMAZING! I was greeted upon walking into the store with a smile and salutations. I didn't feel forced to buy something and was treated like a queen. I need an all white outfit for an event so I'm headed back to Francesca's!!
