Ordered flowers for valentines day. They arrived wilted and in a near death state. Reached out to the seller and was told to hold on. Did not reach back to me despite me messaging them several times - they read the message but did not reply. Then claimed the time limit to make a claim had passed after they ignored me.

I ordered some leis for my son's graduation from Flowerlink and I will definitely be ordering all of my floral anything from here. I was pretty last minute placing my order, two days before his graduation, and my order was ready the very next day. They were out of flowers for a white lei, and they made sure I was aware and gave me all the other options. They were extremely kind and helpful.

So I looked up a florist on Google and I came here because of the high ratings however it's a wholesale florist. But the front desk lady accommodated me and prepared a beautiful bouquet for me to take home. Definitely above and beyond. As I walked in, it's clearly NOT a traditional florist but her helping me with a last minute request was very nice.

Needed a very last minute lei for my younger sister and cousin culmination. searched two days before the ceremony and every store was sold out, of course, until I called Flowerlink! The lady on the phone (sad that I didn't get her name) was super nice and was able to fulfill my order! I haven't bought A bouquet from here YET but with price of the leis I would assume that they are veryyyy reasonable! This is a warehouse not a regular flower store (which I thought it was at first) but don't get intimidated! I'm sure you can walk in and they'll be gladly to help or you can of course call!

Came across this on yelp while driving through the neighborhood. In a warehouse area so a bit hard to find. Drive all the way to the back and then go into warehouse,don't be intimidated! Ha. I picked up a beautifully arranged bouquet of roses for my mother on Valentine's Day for an amazingly reasonable price. Had to wait a short time so they could arrange it but only a few minutes. Fresh and beautiful bouquet. I'll be back.

A great place to get fresh flowers at. They really care about their customers satisfaction. Although this place is not an actually flower shop it is a great place with a variety of flowers to choose from. Whether it's a lady minute purchase or days in advance they always seem to get it right. It feels good to know that you can go to a place last minute to make a purchase.

Great staff, amazing, fresh roses & garden roses and they can deliver to most parts of LA with a minimum order and small delivery fee. This is the perfect vendor if you are a florist or event person specialize in weddings. They have all the hard to get varieties and colors. Can't say enough good things about working with Diego. He always does his best not to disappoint. Plus the flowers are delivered in a bucket with water hydrating if you ask for that

Flowerlink came through again! I simply walked into their warehouse, requested a dozen roses and the cost came out to $30! No wait, no hassel, affordable cost and friendly service. I'm coming here every year :)

I love this place...! I was running late for my wife's birthday dinner because I wanted to buy her flowers! I had used this location before and had a really good experience but couldn't find the name or the address? I finally decided to start calling all of the ones that came up under flowers in that area and when they answered they said they were closing in 5 min....! I explained that it was my wife's birthday and that I was 15 min away from there location, the young lady was so nice, she waited for me and gave me a great deal! Flowerlink is top notch!
