This complaint is about the ÇVS Covid 19 vaccination program. I'm on Medicare. I did a long online application for a Covid booster shot during which I disclosed that I had Kaiser insurance. Upon arrival for my appointment today, I was told that I'd have to pay $190 for my shot because I had Kaiser insurance. CVS could have easily informed me of this before I wasted so much time applying and showing up.

Rude and incompetent staff. They deserve zero stars. Look how many customers rate them as 1 star. Disrespectful, rude cashiers. I blame the pharmacist, who is nor running a tight ship.

Was denied a covid booster shot even when I am 72 and immunocompromised, no logical explanation given. I also notice the whole crew in the pharmacy at 316 PCH Store are mainly all one nationality--are there no Caucasian pharmacists worth hiring? CVS corporate needs to look into their hiring practices here.

This is my go to pharmacy bc the staff is friendly and helpful. It also helps that they are inside the Target, so I can get my Target run too. Lines are usually manageable, and when it's busy, even the pharmacist will come help out. I've come to recognize the staff working there, so seems to be low turnover as well, which helps with overall continuity of care.

incompetent and careless pharmacist will tell your doctor she has your medication and when you show up says she looked at the wrong strength and they don't actually carry it. Just handed me back my prescription and walked away couldn't care less. ants everywhere so unhygienic and she doesn't care that she's providing improper patient care. so disappointing literally all she needed to do was follow up and say she was wrong but doesn't take the time to do that.

This CVS is EXTREMELY DIRTY and smells sooo bad!! No air conditioning.. went to the restroom and it was sooo filthy. Toilet had excrements all over it, not toilet seat covers and absolutely no toilet paper. Please health department do something about this location, the poor employees must be in a living nightmare.

I have been coming to this location for many years. I really like the staff, as they are efficient and friendly. I have also received vaccines at this site, and they were expertly administered. I could go to a CVS closer to my house, but I prefer this one.

I was there last weekend to get my booster. While waiting for my information to be uploaded, I observed a tech filling a prescription. I was shocked to see the tech was not wearing gloves, nor did the tech pour the pills on the tray and use the gadget that looks like a tongue depressor to count and place the pills in the bottle. The tech used bare hands to push the pills out, then answered a phone call, pick up a pen (who knows who's hand was on the either or both phone and pen. Don't forget, they also handle money...How do you feel about that? When the pharmacist came to give me the shot, I asked the if they were supposed to wear gloves, she said no. Hmmm, after she finished giving shots, I saw her share my comments with the tech. I don't care, in this critical time about being cautious, don't you think the pharmacy should be an example of what to do for safety purposes. I mean, money handling is one of the germiest thing you can do when you're preparing pills to be consumed...

We've been coming here for our medications for over 10 years even before it converted to a CVS. Always well taken care of by the efficient and friendly staff. Did walk in for flu shots and covid boosters for our family members and did not have to wait long.

No baby sections, pampers, pull ups, nothing. Don't waste your time here. As a mother I wasted my time on a basic need. Astonished by the two aisles of mental needs and a whole aisle of just lotion. Just lotion. It hasn't rained in a while so I'm not understanding why the lack of actual essentials.

No matter how many times I've told this pharmacy to Not auto fill my meds they continue to do so. Very annoying texts and voicemails saying to pickup my prescriptions on their timeline which is not convenient for me. I'll order my meds on their app when I'm ready. When you're on MediCare you have become the Cash Cow for Corporate Pharmacies that are relentless to fill your prescriptions. I'm ready to change my prescriptions provider.
