Bought a Jeep power door set and two actuators went out within a few months of one another wasting both time and money. NOT WORTH BUYING! Company told me too bad, it's past warranty of one year. Now waiting for others to fail. GARBAGE!

Just ordered and installed their 2019-2021 JLU 4 door and tailgate keyless entry system. Thier kit included EVERYTHING needed, and came with excellent step by step instructions with color photos. I could not be happier with the kit. Worth every penny! Also, they had some supply issue that delayed my order, but they were very helpful and the kit arrived rapidly once they got what they needed. I will definitely be a return customer.

Kris and A1 Electric are awesome!! I purchased the auto lock system for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler sometime last year, and I had an issue with one of the door actuators. I contacted Kris to see if they sold just that part alone, and not the entire kit. And without even asking, he had told me he pulled my invoice, and that I was still covered under warranty, and they would ship another one out! They shipped it out so fast, that it turned out they shipped it to my old address, before I could tell them my new one.

Searched the site for a return policy. Could not find it. Ordered a window lift motor, they sent the passenger window motor, not the driver window motor I ordered. When I called to return I was told it was not returnable. They said they would help me get the right one, but it would have to be a new order. Had to dispute with American Express. I will never order from this company again. Hope this small $90 sale was worth it to this company. Cannot recommend doing business with this company, stay away.

Glad I found these guys! Their Jeep power window kit and door lock kits are the greatest! I never give reviews but I had to, parts came extremely fast and great instructions. High quality parts!

Ordered locks and window kit for my jeep wrangler. Was an easy kit for my mechanic to install. Wasn't too sure which parts to buy for my jeep but the sales rep (Chris) helped me choose which kit worked best for my jeep. If I need any parts in the future I will definitely check with them first!

Called and spoke with Chris. Nice guy. Got me set up with a window kit for my 2009 Silverado. Didn't care for the switches i got, so i called Chris and he swapped them out for me. Chris had me look at the articles on their website. Armed with this information, I was able to get the windows installed and everything working in a day.
