Gas pumps don't work properly. Don't accept cards properly. Normal stuff for this group.

Tuesday morning, January 30, 2024 at 1:05am. I was trying to put in gas but the pump said to "See cashier" so I went up to the 7-Eleven door and it's locked. I see a short Indian man just standing there looking at his phone ignoring me while I'm knocking trying to signal him that I needed help with the pump & if I can pay my gas with cash. He completely ignores me. I knock on a window closer to the register and he sees me but still doesn't come to the door. Now, I work late nights and so I always pass this gas station and on more than 3 occasions he always locks the door and doesn't help anyone. He just looks at us and doesn't even move. I never complained until now when I realized this place was a joke! Who is the owner of this place? Because your employee is LAZY, RUDE, AND IS THERE TO DO NOTHING!!!! I waited outside the door forever knocking. Then my coworker also said he came to get gas as well an hour later and the door was still locked and no one to assist. AGAIN THIS WAS 1:05 AM today January 30, 2024!

False advertisement on the Koia drinks. Says buy one get one but they tried selling full price. And when informed about the sign kept it up. Also they don't give me a chance to use my points, they just skip over it on their end so I can't choose to use my points. And is it normal that you can't cash in your gas cents off unless at the pump? Because that's what they claim, but I also know these are franchises so.....

This has been one of my 7 eleven stores for the past six years. They have never disappointed me. Every time I come in, I'm greeted with a friendly smile, and hot coffee is always available no matter what time I come in. What stood out to me is. One day I came in, and no hot coffee was ready, which rarely happens. They made a fresh pot for me to start my graveyard shift. I'm very grateful for them to accommodate me as graveyard shift worker.

The best 7eleven in South Bay. Open 24 hours, no liquor, management is on the clock and they take no BS, restrooms, and a power outlet next to the air/water pump. It's an awesome location near TPD and city hall.

this seven eleven is the place to go always clean organized keep their line moveing for the next customer pizza is good hot and fresh other hot foods are a plus best to see happy workers and helpful clean private restrooms are always clean and open to customers never an attitude always piolite never change their price

This place is a JOKE. The gas pumps are always a problem. I avoid them as much as I can. Hadn't been there in months. But my car was almost at empty. I go in pay $10 to Andrew with my card and go out to pump and no gas comes out go back in and then ensues a back and forth of he had no idea who I was when I had just been in there. I explain to him the pump isn't on and I paid $10 with my card. He keeps getting receipts out of the register and somehow doesn't see my charge. Like excuse me what? he goes out and says I pumped $20 - like DUDE! I just said I paid $10 nothing ever came out, that's on YOU. I even called my bank and put it on speaker that a "pending $10 transaction from 7-11 had just happened. I never got my $10 refunded nor the gas, had to get the manager's number. Bottom line avoid this place, they're a bunch of crooked thieves. $10 isn't much but its the principal of the matter. At one point Andrew's co-worker said that I wouldn't be charged, UMMMM...again I literally just put my phone on speaker, like the bank is gonna know that I didn't get the gas in my car. WTF!? I got the managers number, but lo and behold goes to voicemail, how convenient. Incompetent employees that can't seem to give you an explanation of what the f*** happened nor give you any resolution just "oh well" and management that sets their phone to go straight to voicemail.

Great place to get gas and very convenient to hotels on Torrance Blvd. Good selection of food and snacks inthe store.
