We love 4 Dogs grooming. Staff are very friendly. My dog Biscuit has been been going to them for 3 yrs. now. Tina has been his groomer for all these years. She's very nice and accommodating. We'll definitely be going to them for a long time. Thank you!!

STOP! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! They chopped my Maltipoo's hair off, left the poor little guy looking like a Chihuahua. Was very clear when I requested a fluffy, cotton ball look as he's had before. And no, our Malti did have matted hair, we frequently brush and maintain his beautiful coat. Now we know why they were so persistent for us to pay before seeing our baby. You can imagine how we felt when we seen him...it was horrible. When we told the staff we didn't ask for that and why would they cut all his hair, they had the nerve to say "well we can't put the hair back now" WTF!! Could not believe it. They would not refund or discount any money paid. Don't know how they maintain business here in Torrance. Worst business practices if ever experienced.

Zero stars. Took my pup few times.1- have to agree with some comments about the place being dirty and smelly. 2- Do they really have water back there? The second n third time I visit I notice my puppy was fluffy and cute but didn't seem like water had touched her. 3- my puppy had some skin tags on her neck, this ignorant people cut through and she probably bled for hours, because my usual 90min visit became like 3hrs, my guess they were trying to stop the bleeding. I noticed the big bump of dried blood the next day. THERE WAS NO POINT TO COME BACK AND SCREAM AT THIS IDIOTS! They don't understand or speak proper English anyway. They only see and read $ signs. Never again . NOW SHE REPLIES "YOU ARE NOT OUR CUSTOMER" OF COURSE NOT ANYMORE! I DIDN 'T complain because THE PERSON WHO TAKES CARE OF THE PLACE DOES NOT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! What is the point? Get my money back! I stopped coming . You will never get my business again!

I was lucky to an appointment due to a cancellation. Both dogs got groomed as expected based on my notes and photos shared. Service took approximately 2.5 hrs. Dogs were happy when I picked them up. Prices were moderate. I would recommend their services.

Hands down the BEST grooming spot ever!! They know what they are doing and always leaving my boy looking perfect nearly show dog perfection, they are the only people I trust to leave him exactly how I like him. I work at a petstore that has grooming services and for me to go all the way here instead of taking advantage of my employee discount says a lot and they charge accordingly and fair

The grooming service here is just ok. I had to tell the lady to fix the cut she made on my pup because she didn't seem to understand. Plus, the cut is very uneven. Would not recommend this place.

Amazing staff, they will allow you to book weeks and months in advance.Make sure you call their office if your plans changes or you can’t make it for your dogs appointment. Be courteous, this place is amazing and they charge for shower, haircut for a small dog from $60-80 and more.There is plenty of parking space.Friendly areaA lot of food places to choose and eat while you wait for your dog or cat.They will call you when your dog is done.Thank you for taking care of my lovely dog skittles

Ive been coming here for over 15 years or even 20 years I think. Came here with my first dog, Charlie at their location on Crenshaw/torrance blvd & now I take my dog panda every two weeks. He loves them haha. He always come home sooooo soft and floooofy and they make his paws sooo faaattt and round. Best groomers ever!!

Nice staff, and gave my dog a really great cut. They expect you to be on time, and don't take in to many dogs like other places.

They did an excellent job on my Golden Doodle pup. He was happy and cute when I returned for him. Very prompt service and the groomer clarified everything with me before I left. The bummer is that it's a journey from my house, otherwise I would use them more regularly.

Great groomers! My dog is a big shedder...they regularly get us in within 72 hours or less which is super nice! Straight forward, quick drop off and pick up!
