Today I called twice and no answer. I finally found their email and sent over the job. They responded quickly and had the job done by the time I got there! Of course they are on the phone and was busy. So many companies now may or may not respond or it takes a day or two. Not these guys! Thanks

Horrible customer service! Stopped in hoping to get 6 copies of a 20x30" plan. The man at the front was clearly not happy to see a customer. He said "What do you need?" and I explained and asked if I could wait for the prints as it was a small job. He said "no" and when I asked him why, he said "because I just told you no". I understand it they were too busy to do this, but his attitude was horrible -- rude and no empathy for my situation. When I asked him if he was the manager or owner, he said "why do you want to know that?". I picked up my drawing and went around the corner to PrintIT, where they were pleasant and accommodating. Will NEVER go back to Valley Reprographics -- no reason to deal with their hateful attitude.

Good work a responsive. You can email or upload documents to them and have the work done in fairly short turnaround time.

Expeditious availability from time I placed my order to pick up time. Needed a few pages sent to me via email so I could in turn send those specs back to Atlanta. And there again ask and receive. Thanks guys.
