They're always very nice and transparent about options and pricing. They also carry lots of useful things beyond mailing supplies: greeting cards, magnets, and now even Tutu's Tortilla Chips - at a low price!”

“I called to redirect an urgent DHL package to La Quinta Mail Boxes so that it would likely arrive early enough in the day for me to pick it up before my flight. They called me as soon as it arrived, which really saved me since the tracking wasn't updating in a timely manner, and I barely got it in time for my flight. “Kayleigh (hope I spelled it right) provided great customer service. I decided to go to Absolutely Postal, After leaving a postal annex store a few mins prior. The reason was, the worker at the postal annex told me I had to buy a WHOLE roll of packaging tape to seal my box, because he could not seal it for me. I believe due to me having pre paid shipping label, the postal annex worker knew he wasn't making a sale off me...Back to Absolutely Postal! Kayleigh greeted with a smile, sealed up my box and printed my receipt. I will continue to go to this location, they always provide great customer service no matter what tlu need. Sorry for the never leaving a review... yesterday's experience with BAD businesses makes you realize a good thing! Thanks again”
