“In mid January 2023, my Rolex watch band broke and took it to the well known local jewelry/watch store in the Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks Mall. After waiting for 3 months to get it fixed, they still have NO ideas of when my watch band get repaired. So I took it to Time Spot , in the same mall, they looked at it and got it repaired in less than 2 hours and the repair cost was less than 20% of original jewelry/watch store estimates.
