My doctor prescribed a nasal spray, for an upper respiratory infection. I called the pharmacy, to see when the prescription, would be ready and was told, that it was out of stock. The associate said, that they would call, on Monday, when it comes in. I never heard back from them. Terrible customer service.

I absolutely can't abide when the person, supposedly providing the service, interrupts to fire a question back. Why is it always a female who does that? We called on the phone. All we wanted to know was, if we could give insurance info in advance because we are sick and shouldn't have to sit there infecting everyone else, while they peck around on their computer. "Hello, my doctor just called in a prescription--" "What's your name?" [He says his name] "We don't have nothing for you." (Bad grammar is theirs.) "He just now sent it--" "Did he send it electronically?" "I don't know, probably, but I just --" "What's your birthday?" [He says his birthday] "No, we don't have nothing for you." "All I want to know is, if I can give insurance info in adva--" "Have you been here before?" "No, you're the only ones in the area who have it in st--" "No, unless there's a prescription here for you, we can't do it. You have to come in and do it." "Ok then, good bye..." Click Now our doctor is pissed off. Here's an exact excerpt of his text. "If those halfwits still haven't found it (call them again), G can start off tonite by using a dose of yours." Yep this pharmacy has a great reputation with patients AND doctors. Worse, they don't care if we are sick and miserable, just that we interrupted the job they're paid to do. We are sick. We are not morons. We are sick. We are not uneducated. We need medicine. Not a snippy attitude. UPDATE: He went in person the following morning. The prescription was filled, and the insurance was applied from records elsewhere. So what's the key? Don't call? The answer is "no" if you call. Go in person and infect everybody in the process.

I was very sick the day after Thanksgiving and a friend told me to get the $130 lab test. Still waiting for result. Don't go here for lab test Edit As soon as I wrote this I got my results. I have a rotten case of flu

Max! This guy holds this store together. He is always there with a smile and ready to help. Helping his staff to be at their best. That's why many go there and not Walmart next door. It's the personal customer experience. Thanks Max. Your efforts are very much appreciated. Keep it up!

Worst place ever, every time I go to get s refill on my prescription it takes so long no matter how many employees are there, because either they lost another persons prescription, or are just standing around talking and laughing. Never had a good experience here and would give it 0 stars if I could.

Don't bother calling the phone number, they waste your time with bots then after you finally get a hold of someone they tell you to go to a website that is not working properly. A product I purchased from the store had been opened and some of the parts were missing.

Always get good service here at the pharmacy and they often carry my medications when other chains are out.

Had to leave them years ago due to change of insurance but insurance changed again so now I'm back. Service is quick and efficient. More than I can say for sav-ons in Albertsons

Pharmacist I spoke to was extremely rude about a question I asked regarding filling my prescription. Made a rude comment about " how I shouldn't be on vacation if I'm in pain " very quick and rude comment, very unprofessional. I will no longer see Walgreens as my go to for vaccines, nor medication. I do not recommend this Walgreens

Went for a Covid booster, and it’s the slowest pharmacy I’ve been to. I had an appt, and it wasn’t busy. After 30 min I left. I prefer CVS, Albertson’s, Target, Costco all over this Walgreen’s. I think there are many new people there with too little training as well possibly adding to the slowness.

My husband and I both had vaccine appointments. We waited in line for over 15 minutes to register even though we did all of our paperwork online. We were there over 1/2 hour and they took walk-ins for vaccines before us! We checked in before them. We left. I'll never go there again!!!

Marcus went above and beyond to get my husband's prescription filled. He even took the time to call his insurance. After getting the run around with my husband's doctor we appreciated him helping us out. Thank you Marcus!!
