Disappointed. They don’t know how to manage their schedule and accommodate to their customers. They scheduled my daughter for appointment and had her waiting an hour. She was told a certain person had to do her nails and it was going to be longer. Disorganized and lack of preparedness.

I'm so upset made appointment for my granddaughter to get nails done. Waited an hour for someone to start. And no one came.We walked out, taking her elsewhere.

Horrible experience…. My daughter’s appointment was set and confirmed at 10:30 AM. She checked in at 10:20 AM, and was not pulled or spoken to for over an hour. They apologized but how did they not understand that we sat there for an hour with appointment. Very disappointed, I would never go back or recommend.

I loved my nails a lot at first, the design and color were perfect, until realizing a couple of the acrylics applied were crooked. They also popped off within a week. Very expensive $80 for something that lasted only a week and seemed rushed and lackluster.
