Now, it's closed for good after being there for five years. Well, I was just there to just check out price for something on the board with services and their prices. Unsure what exactly happened between this/last wk (when I was last there). Unless I misheard of course. I mean saddened more than shocked by it. Since it's only down to two of them for better part of past of couple of yrs. AKA most part of its existence, anyway. Basically, lack of coverage because of COVID/-19 part of it. Especially, when it was more closer one. So, now it's the other (big/ger) one. In which only been there once because really couldn't wait another day for it. Technically, it was day after an holiday/weekend as well.

Came here for my 5yo son's haircut, and he was pretty resistant by moving his neck and shoulders up and squirming a lot. However the stylist was patient, gentle and managed to give him the exact cut I wanted. Thanks!

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I called at 12 to book a blow out appointment and they booked me for a blow dry at 5. I asked them the price in advance and they said they would tell me when I walked in. I even called two hours in advance to ask if they wanted me to wash my hair for them so I did. Upon sitting down the hairdresser Cassandra complained that my hair was long and it wouldn't hold a curl so why should she hurt her arm trying to do them. I then told her no problem at we can use the curling iron and she told me it would be an additional $10 which I had absolutely no problem with. She then pulled my hair with the brush and said I really shouldn't even be doing this because it's 5 and I only have an hour. I said it seems to me that you don't want to do this? She said I don't, I have no business doing this at this time? I then said I called at 12 and this is the time I was booked. I then got up and said I am paying for a service and I booked in advance, if you are going to be rude to me and treat me this way then I will stay. And she agreed! This is most rude and unbelievably degrading experience, complaining to me about my hair, not wanting to do her job and now left with hair messy and no service before an event I have tonight. To note that the only reason I booked with them on the first place was because I hurt my thumb and couldn't do it myself which I even told the her! My night is ruined, I feel disgusted, and I don't even know how to handle a situation like this. DO NOT GO HERE or deal with CASSANDRA if you expect any type of service or someone to treat you with any type of respect. The other hairdresser kept apologizing to me because even she felt bad for what happened. I am still in shock over what just happened.

Absolutely awful haircut for my son. Never seen something like this. Lady was cold and unprofessional. Haircut was done so bad, that my boy couldn’t went to school next day.The haircut is the whole curve and uneven , whole pieces are cut out in some places.Lady did not even communicate with me or my son, she cut him in less than 10 minutes. Although my son has a lot of hair.Avoid this place please.

Other than the fact that they are understaffed lately and it is hard to get a spur of the moment appointment, I find that the results I get are equivalent to much higher cost salons in the area. If I do have an issue, they are very willing to remedy it.Services: Hair coloring

Horrible place - Do not go here! I made a "reservation" to see Marianna at 5 pm for a haircut and blow dry. I arrived early, at 4:45 and sat and waited. I waited patiently while she chatted up a storm with her male customer who was getting a cut although he had very little hair. She finally finished with him at 5:15 and called me up. She was going to spray my hair wet with a bottle but I requested she wet it in the sink. She did and conditioned my hair which was fine. She then cut my mid-length hair in about 15 minutes. When she was finished she asked what I thought and I said I would let her know after she blow dried my hair. She then said she didn't have time to blow dry my hair and that my appointment was only for cut - which was not true! She said she would "dry my bangs" as if that was going to do it! Needless to say I was very upset and left with wet hair. She was really rude and unsympathetic and the salon did nothing to make it right. I will never go back to Super Cuts in WLV. Rude, uncaring, and many of the female stylists prefer to flirt with their male customers rather than tend to clients who are there to get a hair cut and blow dry.

Maribel scored a home run with me. I got my hair cut by an overpriced stylist. I kept asking stylist to cut my hair shorter like on the photo I brought in. Got home and gave myself the shorter cut I wanted. Brought same photo to Maribel and she cleaned up my self service hair cut to exactly like the photo I brought in and to what I originally wanted. Supercuts also answered the phone when I called---unbelievable! A live human speaking real time. Maribel puts overpriced master stylists to shame.

I came in today for a haircut for my two boys with a reservation. We were assigned to Cassandra, who had such an awful personality. She was serious and rude to both my kids, it seemed like she was bothered to have to cut their hair. At one point, she was spraying water directly into my 4 years olds face, she was upset that the hair was itching his neck and to top it off she cut the back of his ear. She then stated it wasn't her and that he had a scab. HE CAME IN WITHOUT ANY CUTS. I would have appreciated her being honest and apologizing for cutting him instead of making up excuses. I would not recommend this stylist to anyone. She was awful and extremely rude. I've never experienced this type of service before.

Received a great hair cut from the boss. Very friendly. But, one of the workers there named Cassandra needs to be fired for making another customer wuth an appointment wait while she finished up playing on her phone. Also she talked back to the other person there when she just told her that the customer was waiting. She said "I'm not a child, you do need to talk to me like that. You might take it from the boss but not me!"Really! You sure did act like a child and totally unprofessional. I'm sure you won't last. Don't book her for your appointments she totally hacked the guy she was working on.
