Beware! Damage was caused to my vehicle by this shop. The worst part is that they would not take responsibility. Even worse…they wanted to fix the damage, that they caused, but wanted to charge me for it. have not taken my car to Star Automotive since.

Trust worthy auto shop! Definitely always come here for any problems you may have with your car. They got me in and out quickly and back on the road! Helped me because I’m just traveling for work and needed the car fixed same day.

I went here to do a pre-purchase check on a car I was considering buying. WOW!! Walt and his team checked the car in its entirety for about 30 minutes and found everything that was wrong with it and could possibly be wrong with it, gave us fair pricing, and even told us his recommendation on buying it (all for only $90, instead of wasting $4200 on repairs after buying a car for $6000). They also checked the value of the car and took that into consideration, which was amazing because I was able to hear professional opinions on a car I was considering purchasing. I would recommend them 10000000% !!! Thank you guys so much for being so honest with me and helping me in making smart decisions :)

Delay after delay costing me rental fees. Lies about testing and findings.Ended up with still malfunctioning engine and them asking me to leave it longer.Originally quoted price was good and that's the only good thing I can say.

My car's brakes started making a strange sound and I knew it was time to get them checked out. I took my car into Star Automotive where they fixed it in no time. The brake repair service was efficient and their prices were very fair. I love that Walt is friendly, knowledgeable, and always able to fix my car quickly. I do not normally write reviews but I had to ! I went to star automotive to find out what was wrong with my car. I went to two places before them that had no clue what they where doing. With in ten minutes of my car being at automotive they fully diagnosed my problem and gave me a great deal on it as well they fixed it with in an hour and car runs great now !! Thank you so much to the whole team for helping me in my moment of need I'm forever grateful! Thank u guys !! definitely recommend if you want great work done on a timely manner and great deals go here

They did an excellent job preparing an area for maintenance/oil change to my Jeep. They even use a proper collection and oil storage routine, sending the used product for recycling after completing the oil change. I would suggest them to anyone seeking a trustworthy auto shop near.

We found Star Automotive in this way, and we chose them to be the official providers to our car-rental company. Because my automobile had an engine problem, I left it in the hands of Walt, the main technician. Because Walt has deep knowledge in the area, I was confident that the car repair would proceed well.
