$2.00 for air. Valve AND gauge both broken. Person inside has no control or ability to do anything about it.Sick of the money grubbing owners not maintaining equipment they nickel and dime the public for.

I stopped here at 4 am to try to use the bathroom before my 5am - 5am shift. I am a nurse. I work double majority of the time and I like stop places before I use to restroom becauae I’m coming a long way ( 1hour drive) I asked if I can use the restroom even if I purchase something and the guy said “no”. I didn’t argue I just left but I thought that is was very disrespectful and you shouldn’t turn down a customer even if they are making a $5 purchase of something I do not need. Unfortunately I will NEVER be back. I hope this is fixed!Update: I see a lot of the reviews I guess this happens ALOT!

Came in with my 3 year old who was desperate to pee, and the woman there said she had to close the store for a few minutes and padlocked the store right in front of us. Couldn’t be bothered to wait 5 minutes for a child.

This car wash is absolutely horrible please don't ever come here, it doesn't even wash your car good. This is not worth it at all even if you want a "quick" wash.

Automated carwash was bad. It did not rinse the car correctly and started driving a soapy car .

The manager at the shell is very amazing.Somehow I left my wallet in the bathroom. As soon as I realized I left it I called and the manager had found it. He is very trusting considering there was $1200 inside the wallet. Whoever hired him should keep on to this guy.

Worst car wash I’ve ever used. Don’t waste your money. Paid for the most expensive wash and this is how the back turned out. Front is just as bad. Wash had barely any water running through it.

Higher price - If just for gas, I recommend driving 2 mi north Moorpark road for another shell station. It’s usually 20 cents cheaper.

The power died during my car wash during 8am. I came that early because I like the convenience and don’t like waiting in line.I got out of my soap-covered car and asked for a refund.Tony told me he couldn’t help me. He told me to come back and gave me the number of the manager.I called the manager, who seemed irritated that I was contacting him. He told me he would contact me when the power was back on.I text Tony, and asked him to contact me when the power was back on as well. He said he would.Around 1:00pm, I contacted the shell station and asked Tony if the power was back on. He said yes, and told me to contact him again in 5 minutes.I called 5 minutes later. He didn’t pick up. I called 10 minutes after, he told me that I needed to come to the station if I wanted a refund.I showed up, he asked me how much I paid, and gave me the cash. I left.Here’s why I am going to look for a new place and sharing my experience: I loved your car wash for its convenience, and the whole experience was incredibly inconvenient. I wasn’t offered anything for my trouble like a free wash or something, and I can’t imagine why he couldn’t just give me 10 cash in the first place.Here’s how you can improve for next time: have a way to access the register if the power goes out, have a hose or something if it happens again, and if nothing else, offer a refund over the phone.

Short fat cashier heard the bell when I walked in and he said hi and still sat at the coffee machine sorting the cups while I was waiting there at 7:40 am trying to get to work on time and put gas and this clown was messing around for 2 minutes and didn't start coming to me until I cleared my throat causing him to look back while I was eyeing him
