They have no greeting cards in stock, ever. Always low on supply and mismatched envelopes. Reason for my review though is: Really lazy female employee at the front wouldn't help me get ice cream for my kid because she said her other associates were on a break. Makes no sense. There was no one behind us in line. So hard to find good help and getting ice cream here seems like a whole process when it really doesn't need to be.

Went to pick up my child's prescription and asked pharmacist for help with a personal issue I've been having and he said he couldn't help because he's not a doctor. I've been to several other rite aids and pharmacist have been at least able to recommend something to relieve pain, but not this guy. I wouldn't recommend asking this pharmacy for anything. Super rude when I again tried to explain my symptoms as it's a long weekend and I haven't been able to get myself to the doctor because my priority has been my child.

If you’re an Instacart shopper! I don’t recommend accepting orders at rite aid. First if your phone connection is poor in some areas. These stores don’t have wi-fi for customers.

Tried dropping off a prescription for my 18 month old's ear infection. Had baby with me, there was no line for drop off. Pharmacist told me he wouldn't be able to fill a prescription (didn't even look at it) since he was giving injections. A pharmacist wouldn't even try to fill my prescription or give me the option to wait with a sick kid in my arms. Disgusting.

I brought my Brother-in-law for his Covid shot. The two folks in the Pharmacy were so unprofessional. They just talked among themselves ignoring all the people waiting for their shots. After getting his shot I asked about his 2nd shot. The Pharmacist said we needed to check with the CDC. His paperwork read that the pharmacy would tell him when is next appointed was. This is why you don't shop or have anything to do with Rite-Aid. Absolutely no customer service, they truly don't care about you. It's all about $$.

I went to Rite Aid to get my covid shot. They were up to 30 minutes behind schedule, to start. The most offensive and illegal thing was that they screamed out personal information like birthdate (#hipaacomplianceviolation) also they woman checking people in made a mistake on my insurance and said that it was 'rejected', then asked if I was the primary on my insurance (I am). After re-inputting information, turns out it was 'user error'. Unprofessional and slow.

Most of the time they are nice, but last week I was in there on Monday at lunch, around 2:00. Too bad they don't sell personalities there, because the guy at the register could use one. He barely acknowledged me and seemed bothered to be called as a second checker. Hopefully he was just having a not so good day.

I highly recommend this Rite Aid as a pharmacy. They are prompt and no hassle. Much more efficient than CVS. And very nice pharmacists.

Rude, rude,rude. Poor service. Overcharged me and it took them 20 minutes to correct the situation. They were very nasty about doing it. What happened to service with a smile? The store manager was throwing the merchandise onto the counter and having a bit of a tantrum so another employee came over and handled the refund. I was overcharged almost $15. Future purchases will be made at CVS...
