I placed an order for 9 items on May 1, 2020. My credit card was charged in full for immediately, to this date I have only received 6 of the items. I have sent 3 emails and left 3 voice mails with NO response. HORRIBLE service EDIT I did receive a phone call.... they will be crediting my account for the 3 items, I'll keep you informed as to how long that takes

I work at a doctors office and we are completely out of hand sanitizer and soap. It was a miracle I found this place that had soap "IN STOCK". I ordered a couple and 10 days later I emailed them and asked if they had shipped the order. They said it would be another 2-3 weeks. So I asked why they said it was "In Stock" (It still said this when you go to place your order.) They said they were behind because of the current situation (Covid-19) and so they would cancel my order. WHAAAAAT! ? ! ** Update: They called back and restored my order and so that was good **

Checked out stated free shipping over $100 got a email stating they need extra $100 for shipping mirrors stated it was excluded so why not add that in at check out ?? Called them was put on hold to check on something An came back on an said they can do nothing .....

Very helpful staff! I was overwhelmed with so many choices for hand dryers. I spoke with Tim at Hand Dryers and More and he asked me a few questions they helped narrow down my selection. We completed our restroom project under budget and most importantly on time to open for business. Our entire order for mirrors and hand dryers arrived in just few day. Great service and prices!

Wide range of products at wholesale prices with no minimum purchase requirements. They carry all the top name brands. Everything I ordered was in stock and I received the product in just a couple of days. Best of all was the knowledge these guys have. I was uncertain about what to get, but after speaking with one of the guys (forget his name) I felt confident that I was making the right choice in the units that I purchased. Very pleased. I would highly recommend this company.
