Super, super slow. Understaffed and way too much chitchat in the background when there is a lineup. One can easily spend an hour waiting here when the app states 20 minutes.

This salon is for men and children. Women are not welcomed here. I’m told my request is too complicated (chin length bob) & I need to go to a ‘salon’. The style is pictured in the photos here.I like this store because it smells nice, no perm solution smells to make one sick.It’s too bad they don’t like cutting women’s hairstyles. I’d be a regular customer. I tip well for the extra service.Sadly, I will need to find another haircut store to assist me.

We tried to take our 2 kids here for haircuts today but the lady who “ helped” us was so rude we had to leave. We had been to this location before and she was hung up on the fact that we didn’t have a phone # on record for notes about my kid’s previous haircuts. She couldn’t fathom that we just wanted to get their haircut without having a previous account and acted like it was ludicrous that we just wanted to tell the stylist directly how to cut their hair. She was incredibly rude to my husband and upset my kids. The last time we brought our kids their the stylists acted like the would rather do anything but cut my children’s hair. I should have known better than to bring them back to this location. So be warned, this place is not kid friendly.Service: Kids' cuts

The last two times I’ve gone to this location I’ve had the same hairdresser and she cannot follow directions at all. I’ve been growing out my hair from being really short (much shorter than what I asked for) and just needed some maintenance done, a trim and reshaping, this time. I brought reference pictures of the length I wanted (which was just a little shorter and with some layers) and she said she could do it. Then she immediately starts buzzing my hair which is the OPPOSITE of what I wanted. I’ve been trying to grow out my hair for months and she cut off all my progress. I was already feeling insecure about my hair because it looked kind of awkward from growing it out and now I just feel ugly. Additionally, she had just returned from her lunch when she took me in and her hands smelled very strongly of cigarettes. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.Services: Curly hair

I’m giving 5 stars to Hilda. She was fantastic. Great with my kids (boy-11, girl-6).I will say that the other stylist working with her at 5pm on 10-24-22 could use a lesson in customer service. Upon checking in she seemed annoyed that I had kids with me and asked if I was wanting 1 or 2 haircuts. I politely responded “it’d be great if you could do both”. She then huffed and was like “well, I don’t know…” She finished the gentleman she was working on while Hilda started on my son. After the gentleman left the other stylist cleaned her area, but then proceeded to do the end of day side work (emptying ALL trash cans, bringing in chairs and signage from outside, pretty much anything to get out of taking a “child cut”) all the while looking annoyed at my daughter and I. My 6 year old said she gave her a “snarl look”! After that she gathered things from the back and her purse and left. I still had no idea if we’d be getting a second cut. When Hilda finished with my son I asked if she’d be ok to trim my daughter’s hair. She politely obliged. I asked if we did something wrong and she assured us we did not and said they were open until 6pm. I’ve never felt more unwelcome in a business before. But Hilda made all the difference. Sabrina gave me a fade that seemed labor intensive and longer than a normal haircut. However she did what I asked for and I am please with results.

Terrible customer service. We walked in and there was one stylist working and one person waiting. Stood there 10 feet from the stylist with no acknowledgment. Then when she did, she didn't say hello, just "did you check in online?" Then we said no but that we would check in online to make it easier and she went on to complain that she was the only one there and she called someone else in and that I'd have to wait. No problem. Went to Starbucks where they actually know customer service. Watched the countdown and it went to 0 minutes about 10 minutes later. Came back and I still had one person in front of me. No problem. Then she was rude to another customer and I left. Will never be back and recommend everyone else find another place to go.

The last time I went here (~6-8 weeks ago) the air conditioning was broken. Now today it isn't working and we're in an extreme heat wave. The poor hair stylists were sweating profusely, it must have been around 100 degrees inside! Yuck. Fix your damn air conditioning or else close your doors! Following up on this, called the location today to ask if it was fixed. Mentioned it has been maybe two months that it has been broke . Was told, "We have asked the district mgr if we can get it fixed." What?!?! It is 97 degrees today with ~50% humidity. Unbelievable.
