They are the very best! Just fixed my side mirror with part I found and brought in and just charged me for labor--way less than I expected! He's so nice and honest, and I will be bring our three German cars here going forward.

Used to like this place. Always took my cls 550 for work here but the prices are just absurd. Every trip I would make 3-4k. I changed my mechanic and now I save a lot more money. Would suggest anyone reading this to look into different mechanics unless they want to continue being ripped offService: Steering & suspension repair

Not ever going to him again. Went for some work on my 1989 Porsche 911 turbo and he had me pay upfront (8,500) and had me sign some documents. He said the work will be done in 1 week. Then 2 weeks in the end after 1 month I went to pick up the car and he said he won’t give it to me and walked away. I went to dmv to complain and they said the car was already title transfer to his name couple weeks ago. I only later realized that he falsely signed my signature copy on a duplicate title form stating I sold him the car and I who was the current owner lost the title. I reported to the authorities and they said they can’t do anything about it as he is a dealer and it shows that I signed away the car to his company

This turned out to be a top-notch repair shop that not only diagnosed but also expertly fixed the problem, solidifying their status as my best choice for my BMW.Jim and the rest of the team were attentive to my concerns, patiently listened to the issues I was experiencing, and assured me they would do everything in their power to find the root cause. Their genuine care and commitment to my satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process.Once the issue was finally identified, they provided a comprehensive explanation of the problem, the necessary repairs, and a cost estimate. Thank you Mirek for everything! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am a young woman and own a Audi Q5 2015. Unfortunately, I have been taken advantage of at other repair shops due to not having much knowledge regarding cars. I can always trust German Tech Auto Repair to do the job right and have my best interest. Prior to going here to get my motor mounts fixed I went to Jiffy Lube and saw a leak that they could not get to the bottom of. Mirek solved the problem right away. In addition, Jiffy Lube was charging me to change my air filters. I thought they had been changed several times but Mirek saved the day. My air filters were so full of dust and had never changed all these years...I was appalled! I had my front bumper hanging on by zip ties due to a car accident and a repair shop taking my insurance money. I could never afford to get that fixed...I drove around like this for years and while I came into the shop to repair my motor mounts they fixed it in addition for free. Also, they always clean my car after the service. Every time I have brought my car in.. he has offered me a loaner car for the day. I am on a budget and Mirek is always honest with me on costs and what is best to make sure my care is running safely. In addition, I recently went to get my spark plugs changed and he finished within a hour or so! I have never received this fast of service. Now my car is always on tip top shape and I feel safe. I am extremely grateful for finding them. I am a customer for life and will never go anywhere else!

All my German cars I ever owned always would go to merak for servicing. When I first started but as I became a regular and trusted him with my cars. He took advantage of me and every time I would take my car in for service. I wouldn’t mind paying the crazy bills he would give me but my car would be at his shop every weekend. I still didn’t have an issue until. February of 2022 when I had given my 190 sl to him to fix something and was heading out of the country for a couple months. Trusting him with my car I agreed to pay him 800 dollars for storage for 3 months. But after I came back to the US. I realized that he had lien saled the car in the name of his business and when I confronted him with it. He wasn’t shy by saying “ everyone takes advantage of you, this was just my 1st time” I tried getting my car back legally but it just didn’t work considering it was already in his name.It’s a great learning experience for me. How a ruthless mechanic can just take away a 150k car that’s been in my family for 30 years
