Service was bad! Car was promised at 1:30pm, it was not! Couldn't get the manager to come out and talk! 90 minutes waisted!And I was checked in online 2 days earlier and had texted pickup ticket! Enterprise needs to improve.

Had a car reservation for 11:00 that was set up previous day. I even called ahead morning of to confirm that the car would be available at that time. It's now 11:48... still waiting. The service representatives are all very polite, and professional who wait on you. But poor planning with having cars available.

Travis made this a 5 star experience. He genuinely seems to enjoy his job and my interactions with him were all on point. The facility itself is well maintained and the other staff also seems to take care of their customers in a positive and efficient manner. Recommended if you need a rental car in the area.
