30 minute wait (so far) for my COVID vaccine past my appointment time. Really not happy about being forced to spend what will ultimately amount to nearly an hour indoors with a bunch of other people around, including an unmasked pharmacy tech. Not sure what the point of making an appointment was.

Not sure why CVS doesn't hire more help. I stopped for a few items and the line was way too long.You think with their high prices they could afford to hire more help!!

Listen I know we all have bad days. But that's not an excuse to be rude to the customer, like ever. I walked in to refill a prescription and the woman glared at me until I walked up to the counter. I tell her I lost the refill number, which is why I came in and she literally rolled her eyes at me. I maybe said 10 words to this woman the whole time and she served up some major attitude. Beware of the red hair!

Once again, the staff at CVS Pharmacy on Teller Road went above and beyond to help me out. They are so friendly and helpful. I have never had a group of people treat me with such compassion and be so helpful. Thank you to all of the CVS staff. Keep doing what you do.

the pharmacist on staff is lovely. Great communicator and thorough. Her staff however, does not exemplify these qualities. Each are awful in their own way. One may be tired, one may be rude, and one may just feel like saying no, just because she can. I decided today would be yelp review day. I called for 800 ibuprofen~ the less than thrilled pharmacy telephone answerer / order taker said it should be ready by 3. It's 11am! How difficult is it to throw 30 ibu's in a bag???? Despite my pleas and descriptive cries of excruciating neck and shoulder pain, the order taker/ phone answerer wouldn't commit to an earlier time. Look girlie, we're all busy. I'm so busy at work I had to endure 4 bad customer experiences before I WAS FINALLY ABLE to carve out the time and write this review. CVS IS NOTORIOUSLY BAD with customer service/ lines at registers and wait times for pharmacy. You are not getting a poor review because I can't be patient and expect too much, you are getting a poor review because no one cares, is ever held accountable, or trained properly on how to keep customers. You are getting a poor review because you simply stink. There's nothing complicated about stink. And y'all been stinkin up the joint since Sav-on signed off. PS---Save some trees and ditch the mile long receipts already!!!! How wasteful it is to be so useless. (Hmmm...the stink runs deep)
