Terra Bella Post Office advertises passport services until 3:30 pm Monday-Friday. I pulled my son out of school and his father and I took time off of work and drove from Porterville to have my son’s passport application processed. We arrived at 2:45 pm. Notices inside the post office indicated “due to staffing changes passports will not be processed after 2:30.” Needless to say, the clerk refused to process the application. No notification was posted online or other wise. Unacceptable. I would rate Terra Bella Post Office zero stars but it’s not an option.

I LOVE this post office 100%. The people here work super fast, which is great and the worker is usually the same man who is super nice and makes sure you're having a great day and a great experience. Last time I went, I went to pickup a package however, we couldn't find it but turns out, my son had already picked it up! The man there was super worried about my package but he said that a teenager, about 18 years old had already gone to pick it up but he used his school ID to pick it up. Overall, I think the post office has great customer service.

Way better then the Tulare office. This office never delivered any messed up mail or packages to us.
