Was followed around by one of the managers and made to feel uncomfortable the entire time I was looking for gifts. I’ll add this behavior was exclusively done to me while I was looking for stuff because there were other customers in the store that were not followed or made to feel uncomfortable while they were browsing for stuff they wanted to buy.
Overall any time I looked for something or moved to look for something I was followed and being watched and once I noticed it multiple times, I left before making a purchase.

Staff friendly and helpful. It’s a little store but it’s filled with a good variety of items. All the good stuff.

This location has very very nice things and a very wide selection of stationary and trinket boxes , pens , accessories, plush dolls etc and lounge fly wallets and backpacks. Customer service is very nice and helpful, even though I did not buy anything yet as I am still deciding on what I will buy I will definitely be back to this location because this has been the best Sanrio store I've been to so far for their variety of items . Most Sanrio stores I have been to have been very non impressive as they offer too many plush toys and hardly any items that really make sense for the price.

Small shop with tons of cute Sanrio merch. Stock looks to be a tad bit unorganized, but plentiful. In my opinion, this makes shopping here fun - you don’t really know what you’ll find.They have plenty of blind boxes, but the cool thing about this place is that they have an “open blind box policy” (as said by one of the employees), where you can open the blind box to see what you get before you buy it. Their blind box stock is plentiful, so if you don’t mind not being surprised, this place is good for that.An older woman employee here was very helpful and friendly. I forgot to get her name, but she was very knowledgeable about what they had in stock. I also overheard using a phone number for rewards points here, so that might be something to look into. Overall, very cute store for a gift!

My favorite Sanrio store. The owner is the sweetest and the staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the fact that they do not ship or sell online because it gives their in-store customers the best experience! Thank you Sanrio Temple City ?

The ladies here were very sweet. I left one of my purchases and they literally walked around the whole shopping center looking for me. They flagged me down and gave me my purchase! THANK YOU! Also, they have a lot of items here! I have to walk around twice to make sure I didn't miss anything. My sister is a Pochacco fan and here are some of the type of things they have.

They have so many kawaii Sanrio goods packed to the brim here. It's overwhelming, dangerous and quite fun to shop in. This store carries a lot of goods that are sold exclusively in Japan, henceforth the higher price. The staff here is nice.

My favorite Sanrio store. I have been coming here for years. The staff is very helpful. Miranda, the owner, is very kind.Prices have increased, but that is everywhere. Things have changed, like not getting trinkets with a purchase. But again, that isn't the stores fault. It's inflation and corporate.I am an adult and I consider this place my DIsneyland. Always grateful for their service. Definitely my happy place.

Store is small and tight I couldn't make my around the store because a few other people had walked in. The staff was rude and not welcoming not even a hi or welcome in. It felt like they were eyeing my kids and myself as if we were there to steal something. I've never been to a Sanrio store before and my daughters really love hello kitty and kuromi so I thought it would be a nice surprise to take them in and purchase something. What a let down and disappointment I think I will stick to shopping online for these items.

Had to visit this store on our trip down south. My daughter was so happy to have found a Keroppi plushie. The customer service was great, and the lady who helped us didn't mind showing us around and telling us about their new acrylic products. We will definitely be back on our next trip.

It was a really great experience. The cashier lady was really helpful and nice, she even gave us the bonus card and explained what it does.
