“I recently scheduled a move with All Service Moving. I have moved many, many times but for MY biggest move I decided to hire professional movers. I am SO VERY happy I did. I was impressed with the All Service Moving team from my first interaction. The woman (I am sorry I do not recall her name) I spoke with on the phone to schedule my move was friendly and very helpful. She patiently explained the process and answered all my questions. Right on time the morning of the move, Daniel, Ricco and Jesse arrived ready to begin, with friendly smiles and positive attitudes. After a quick tour showing them all the items to be moved, they immediately began wrapping furniture, moving boxes and loading their truck. They were quick but careful. I was exhausted from staying up all night trying to pack and organize things for the move (4 generations plus two cats…too much stuff). They were very considerate; the last thing they loaded on the truck was the chair I was sitting on, and it was the first thing they unloaded when we arrived at the new location. I really appreciate the time they took to ensure we were happy with the placement of our large furniture at our new location.This was a temporary move, so I will be contacting All Service Moving to schedule my next move.”

“Hurricane Hilary hit the west coast in August of 2023. Hurricanes in California, who knew? The tropical storm residue of the hurricane came through the San Gabriel Valley and decided to stress test our roof. It failed. We had to move out while the construction fixes were done to repair the damage. Pink Transfer swept in to save the day and to expertly pack and move all of our stuff out. The workers were all very friendly, and in our frazzled state, reassured us in their expert approach to our furniture and personal property. They treated everything like it was their own. They were so careful with everything that we were very comfortable with what they were doing. All of our stuff was taken out and packed into multiple large wooden storage containers that were ultimately sealed for transport to their warehouse to hold until our house was repaired. Each of our items was bar coded with a small sticker to document all of our items in their inventory. This was very reassuring as we handed over all of our stuff during this very anxious and difficult time. Two to three months later, when all of our repairs were complete, Pink Transfer brought all of our things back and opened each of the large wooden storage crates where our things had been napping. They carefully brought everything back into the house and placed each item where we wanted. Their expert and friendly staff were very understanding and accommodating. We wish that the catastrophic roof failure had never happened but Pink stepped in and in our moment of need provided superior customer service and skillful packing and moving as well as careful storage of all of our stuff. We were so happy with their service that we recommend Pink Transfer for all of your moving and, in the case of damage due to a tropical storm, storage needs.”

“We rented U-Pack to move items from CA to NJ. This was our first time moving cross country so we were very worry on how and if our move would arrive. We were back and forth on if we should used actual movers to move our stuff or pack it ourselves and go with U-Pack. We decided on U-pack. They were GREAT ! They were always available for us when we had questions and were all very professional. Our items arrived sooner then what we expected and in perfect shape. I would recommend them 100%.”

“I rarely rate/comment on goods and services, but I’m thrilled to post feedback about CA-NY, and I hope they will share it with both of our NY and CA teams--the office staff on both coasts as well as both moving teams. I did months of research for a mover and was shocked to find myself consistently disappointed, if not horrified, by what I was reading online... Until I found CA-NY Express. This is no exaggeration, theirs was the only company that didn’t make me break out in hives. I did identify two other companies to interview, but we were praying that our initial Zoom with our NY consultant Bob would be successful, because I honestly didn’t feel 100% comfortable with the others. Our prayers were answered. Bob was a terrific, informative ambassador for CA NY, fully explaining everything we should expect from their company, as well as from any other company. We signed up with huge relief. And we were thrilled with every aspect of their service, from the office support to the guys “on the ground.” And throughout our move, their communications were superb: frequent and informative, and we loved getting the daily updates of the van’s progress cross-country. To top it all off, their pricing was extremely fair and transparent. I wouldn’t hesitate to let them know what aspects of their service they might tweak, but as my husband said, “They nailed it from top to bottom."”
