Don't try dropping off pre-labeled, Ground packages if they're electronic devices with batteries on it. Apparently, they don't accept them at this location according to a heavy set employee named "Rudy". From my understanding, they should be accepted.

Just printed out 7 pages here. Getting charger$ 5.3. The cashier said 5 dollars minimum. Such a scam. Library is 0.25 for 1 page.

I love this place. I got everything printed by here. The only thing that I didn't like is sometimes the wait for help in printing is long and the paste is slow. Only 1 person work there most of the time

Okay so I haven't been I side this store in ages, but this review is for the online curbside pickup service that is offered. There was a big sale online for office chairs and we needed some new ones so we ordered two. There was an option to ship to my house which would take a little longer, or ship to a local store and it would be ready by the next day. The ship to store option also included an option to pay extra and have the chair assembled so I don't have to do it myself. We paid for the assembly option. I ordered the chairs sometime in the evening and by the next day I received a call that my chairs were all ready to go. I showed up and pulled up in front of the store at the curbside pickup area and called them and an associate came out with my two assembled chairs and loaded them directly into my car for me. I never even had to leave the car. The associates I talked to on the phone and the one who loaded my chairs were both friendly. While I cant speak to the interior of the store, the curbside pickup service was really great.

Office Depot and Hewlett Packard get a big ole thumbs down.Pro tip: if you require the original packaging on $90 ink cartridges in order to exchange DUD cartridges, make it obvious on the packaging itself. I drove over an hour round trip AFTER making a phone call to Office Depot to confirm that they could exchange these. I explained the troubleshooting I did, had the order receipt and the cartridges which were clearly not used (except for test prints). I did not have the tinfoil and cardboard box the ink came in so was told to call HP directly. HP kicked me down the line of 3 people by HP with a whole lot of nothing. So, now I have a new HP printer and have to eat $90 of the 910XL ink. I was, however, offered a "really great deal" on ANOTHER new printer from BOTH Office Depot and HP. Like I'm going to buy another HP product or support Office Depot after such an expensive and time consuming experience that led nowhere. Back to Amazon I go....

My husband went to drop off Fedex package. The man asked what's inside the box. We're like OKAY why? I mean if we told him what it is, and you happen to be interested in it, will you steal? Then, he said no battery or hazardous material? Now, That's the question he was supposed to ask (like USPS). Then, he said the machine printing broken, so he can't give us receipt of dropping off. So, we said never mind. We have to go somewhere else because how do I know if I can claim when something happen to the package. I mean everything doesn't sound right at all. I am very disappointed in how they work. Not to mention I have to drive to another place to drop off the package when the gas is so expensive these days. T_ T

I purchased an HP printer m479fdw and had lots of problems with it-it uses lots of ink- it prints red lines on the BW printoutsI have tried all kinds of printer cartages they do not work well-- I called hp and they said their cartages need to be used- the original cartages cost 1,000- for all colors= unacceptable!office depot said they could not do anything about this.

Needs a better manager for the printing section she rude.. I've been here maybe 7 times and I have to say they need to find someone else. You don't talk over someone rushing them trying to explain what you need or is it that you see a long line or maybe you just don't want to do the job.. but whatever I'm not coming back again I'll go somewhere else even if it cost more..

Sad and run down but still hanging in there. Manager was enthusiastic but overwhelmed. Too much store for too few employees. Too expensive and too corporate to be this rinky dink. Chipped countertops, clutter, crushed boxes on the shelves... just run down.

I went to visit this store to make a quick copy of a document from my USB. The print was superimposed and illegible. I went to the woman working in that department to ask about it and she said it was the best she could do. I said that was not acceptable and she turned around and ignored me. Finally, she said I could email to their email and she would print it, but again ignored me when I told her it was on a USB. I will never walk in this place again. Staples customer service is so much better. I went in about one half-hour ago on Wed. I hope her management sees this, because there is no way to call and ask for a manger to inform them. I am not surprised why.

I am a Office Depot member and customer for over 22 years. The service in the shops is to ay the least very limited and not always nice. BU THIS TIME IS ENOUGH: I ordered a shipping of reams of paper (a full box). Oh, I was delivered. By a pig. The delivery person did not knock at our door and left the package unprotected under the rain. I could not transfer pics but it is a disaster, of course. The cardboard box had soaked through so that the paper is perfectly damp. I am so unhappy, I want you to know what they are capable of so it does not happen to you, to.

Worst experience ever!!All I can say is that the girl at the front desk didn't respect their customers and was obviously racist. I'm an Asian, she actually went over me to help the people behind me, I was ignored, I Been waiting for a total of 3 people I waited 30 minutes straight for a print worst service ever, if I can contact the manager I will definitely contact and report about this girl
