This was by far the best encounter i’ve had at a gun store. Will is so knowledgeable and kind, do yourself a favor and see for yourself! I came in with my mom and he was beyond understanding of our wants and needs. 10/10, highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with this store. I love that employees don’t pressure customers into buying something that might not work for the customer in real world situations. The knowledge that they have far superior than most gun stores if not all in the Temecula area. This is my go to shop from purchasing firearms to ammunition, they have it all. And they tend to carry firearms that most of the are firearms stores don’t. If you’re looking to purchase a firearm, ammunition, or to learn more about handling firearms, look no further.

Came in and spoke to Will who is knowledgeable, patient, and gives great customer service! These guys are very approachable and don’t make you feel like an idiot asking questions. Purchased my AR after doing lots of research, and also purchased my first Glock. Feel MUCH better having a personal insurance policy with all the craziness happening in the world. Come in and see these guys, prices are also very reasonable compared to Turners.

Kevin and the crew at WCFA did a fantastic job with communication and shipping. I opted for next day air shipping (instead of 2 day) AFTER the package was picked up by the carrier and Kevin went out of his way to find the driver and update the shipping. It’s not every day you get service like that!!

I bought a handgun from this place and about 6 months after I bought it I took it out and dry fired it and I guess that broke it. The gun has never been used but some how it broke when I pulled the trigger one day.I contacted West Coast to see if they could repair it, or replace it, or be of any help at all in the situation, being that this is the first firearm that I’ve ever purchased and i wasn’t sure what my options were.When I took it up there this heavy set guy with a big round head told me to contact the manufacturer (Colt). He didn’t provide any other information. I got the phone number to colt off the net and have called colt like 100x. Nobody EVER answers. The place of either closed or it just rings until I get an answering machine. I’ve left messages but never get a call back. So it seems I wasted $1000+ here and I’m stuck with a broken gun. Lesson learned. Personally, I’m just going to go back to being anti gun and never buy another one.If you’re in the market I highly recommend that you avoid this place and purchase from a dealer that has better customer service and that actually cares more about the customers that spend with them, and cares more about the issues they might have with their purchases. Don’t make the same mistake I did. It’s Unfortunate that this is the state of American customer service.

A local mom and pops business. They have a good inventory and great customer service. Are knowledgeable about their products, have competitive pricing and friendly. Great experience so far. Will definitely visit again.
