Highly do not recommend!!!!
Absolutely worst car buying experience of my life. I believe just about anything when smoothly. Look out for the hidden fees. Also purchased the car out of state and told them to register and title the car in my state they decided not to so now I have to pay an extra $4,000 to register and title the car in my state. Was told by the finance manager don't refinance before 90 days so he can get all his commissions.
After the car was purchased never heard from anything from anybody, I was told they'll be a full tank of gas that was never done. No one asked how's the car is, thanks for your purchase nothing..
I'll be refinancing right now.

If I could leave a zero stars I would. I have never had my time wasted like I did at Temecula Nissan. On 09/04/2024 I was working with Andres the financial manager and before I had left the dealership with a deal, We had agreed that he would submit for the final approval that night to ensure that everything is approved with the terms we had discussed so no time is wasted. We also agreed that if the terms were not able to be met to call me that night and go over the final approval then, but if the terms were within our agreement there was no need for the call and that I would just be in the next morning at 10 am to sign. So when I did not receive a call from my salesman or Andres, I was under the impression because of our verbal agreement that everything was good. However, that was further from the truth.
I arrived at 1030 this morning on the 5th thinking that we were going over the paperwork and terms and that I was driving off the lot with the car that Andres the financial manager had shown me that was approved. After 2 hours of waiting Andres comes up to me and ensures me that everything is good and that were are just waiting on paperwork. Then an hour later, Andres approaches me again saying that he is just waiting for the final approval. That is when I knew something wasn't right. After another hour, Andres approached me again with different terms and asking for more money down. I questioned him about our previous agreement of him submitting the final approval the day before so we would know this before hand, and clearly Andres did not follow through with his side of agreement. I wasted $40 in lyft rides, 4+ hours of my time because of the lack of professionalism, time management, and the absent of customer service shown by Temecula Nissan's financial team is purely disgusting. My salesman did his job and was very professional and honest, but leave it to the financial team to be so unorganized, and sloppy. Andres even went to as far as blaming the bank of his short comings, however, if Andres would have done his job, and followed through with what we agreed upon of the next steps, that typically a sales rep and customer do, that is vital for the rep to follow through. They say that Nissan will work with anybody, however witnessing over 4 hours of more qualified customers being helped before me, even though I had an appointment, showed me different. I Highly recommend going to a different Nissan dealership and avoid Temecula Nissan at all cost. Temecula Nissan is part of the Pedder Nissan group. If you do go to Temecula Nissan, ensure that your financial rep isn't Andres, or you'll have to hold his hand.

One thing I don’t like is dishonest people, crooked people, Andres in the finance department at this Nissan dealer is all that. Today I went to buy a car, I met Omar, great guy, very helpful, I went in knowing what I want, and I told Omar this, this and that. Omar is my witness, then Andre’s came in about finance, the car lease is budget at $179 plus taxes, the payment end up $266, I asked him twice why it went up, the taxes in California is only 10%, he didn’t answer, and Omar was present, second he answered it’s a factor price without any explanation, before I leave I told him just be honest, he was like I’m being honest, I told factor price and taxes are 2 different things right, and he said yes they are and I told him exactly just be honest next time and I left. Only regret that I didnt finish the with Omar so can make money, cause he was amazing guy, but my advice never ever ever deal with Andre’s in finance, he’s dishonest specially handling people finance. Nissan you need to reevaluate who you hire, cause this is about honesty and people money. DON’T EVER DEAL WITH ANDRES in finance

The service dept closed early on Saturday leaving me without a car the entire weekend then the service manager (was on vacation all week?) and Asst Manager ALEX, refused to talk to me. He had customers waiting. I’d been waiting all weekend
I left my car for an OIL change Saturday morning. I was promised someone would call me when it was done and an Uber would be called to pick me up. At 4:30 I started calling the service department and got a recording that my call would be taken in the order in which it was received. I left a msg and called back and sat on hold. At 5:15 I had a neighbor drive me to the dealership and they were closed. The sales dept couldn’t get my car so I was stranded without a car the entire weekend. I missed an MRI appt and I couldn’t drive my grandson to school. All I asked was for them to bring me my car and they refused. The hours posted say they are open until 6pm on Saturday. Customer service doesn’t exist here.

SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE...... I am really kind of heart broken to have to give such a bad review.. I drove all the way out from San Diego to make a deal with this place on a used car I liked... When I got there they were not interested in making any kind of deals and pushed for a full price sale. After explaining what I was willing and could do they got really bad attitudes and customer service and friendly attitudes went out the window along with the sale... There are a ton of dealerships out there I suggest you go elsewhere looking for a deal is not going to happen here....

**update, 20k miles later**
My Nissan Frontier with 43k miles has factory RUST under the fender, and the paint started coming off. Paint FLYING OFF. Panels were obviously not properly prepped prior to painting. Metal is smooth, no wonder the paint doesn't stay on

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for maintenance and service department systems are VERY often down. I ask for someone to call me when they are back up and I am informed I need to call back, they are unable to call me back. I finally asked for a manager which I was informed they do not work on Saturday and empower employees to make decisions. I am not sure not assisting customers with rescheduling is a great call. I was also informed maintenance of the vehicle Is my responsibility, which I am not sure how I’m supposed to accomplish when they won’t maintain.

Called to have have my car worked on it only had 100,000 miles on it the server writer say that the transmission only last the long the service writer said he would install a rebuilt transmission for $5,000.00 I thought that was expensive so I called around and found that was about the going rate the 3 days I called back and left messages with Mike and he would never return my call, bad customer service.

Michael and Andre were great. Came in and knew exactly what I wanted. They helped me get into my new to me truck for the price I was looking for. I highly recommend working with these two if you go here looking for a new or new to me vehicle. Great customer service.

Very terrible level of service. Save yourself a trip and the experience from the old school style of car sales. These people need to be trained and developed or promoted to a customer. With all of the competition in the Temecula Mall you would think that these guys would get their act together. From the baiting and the switching to running my credit without authorization...what a terrible sleazy experience. I should have turned around when I saw both the manager and the sales associate chain smoking and flicking cigarette butts in the walk way of the front door in front of “buying families”. I mean damn...how are your customers to enter if you are blocking the door...chain smoking. I was very unhappy with my service. I will be escalating this to the highest heights as no one should be subjected to such an experience. Danny and Brett...what a shame on you for attempting to get over on your customers. Unfortunately, you had the wrong one today!
