Called today and asked if he could get me in for a tire replacement and he said yes but he had to order the new tire and it would be in by 330 or so. I told him I needed it for work tonight and he reassured me it would be done. My wife called and asked if everything was still good and he was rude to her and didn’t seem like he had time to help, and seemed annoyed. We waited hours with no response, so I called again and again to get no answer. I never got a call that the tire came in. Even though he knew I needed it for work. I waited around and wasted half my day cause this man lied to me, now I’ll be missing work because I waited all day for a tire that never came, while I could have gone somewhere else and not missed a day of work. I am soooo extremely upset, and now I’m out more money. This place has ZERO respect for their customers and I give caution to anyone wanting to go here.

They scratched the wheels for my NSX lol. Pay a bit extra elsewhere that cares. I think they use a knife or screw driver to pry out old wheel weights.

Hello everyone I was here at Smiley's Tire Shop in Temecula this morning getting a new tire for my car Plus they fix my stock wheel. The owner Drive all the way from Hemet to hand me my debit card.

This place is so unorganized with none of your information in the computer so you better hope he remembers you. He does not back up any warranties. Makes up excuses of how he doesn’t even know your specific tire. Left me hanging with no replacement tire. Came outside and laughed at me while I was upset. Anyone with mental health anything stay away from this place. Smiley only cares about money.

My boyfriend and I just got our tire replaced from them & we got on the feeeway to go home. Car starts shaking & tires bouncing we pull over and only have 2 lug nuts! Our tire was just about to come off thank goodness we pulled over if our music was louder we wouldn’t have been able to even hear it and assume the jounces were form the freeway. Extremely upset just thankful this didn’t end any worse… they didn’t even offer to come help or get us a tow!

This tire shop is absolutely incredible. I stopped by because my front tire blew out and they were able to give me another tire and fix the whole thing within 10 minutes. Price is unbeatable and their service is amazing and they got really nice professional knowledgeable technicians that work. Thanks again for the great job And I highly recommend this place for all your tire needs . The price is absolutely amazing.
